Recently, our 86-year old mother was a patient at this facility for 3-weeks. She had no idea that she would be checking into a rehab after having shoulder surgery. To say that she did not want to be there is an understatement. The day we checked our mother in we met with many of the team members who would be in charge of our mother. They were all very nice. The facility itself was nice on the inside and outside. There is one team member that I would especially like to thank. His name is Joshua, and he is the Patient Advocate. He met with my siblings and myself along with our mother, the day she was checked in. During the meeting, he was very attentive to my mother which helped make her feel at ease. He listened to every concern we had for our mother. He took notes and followed through with all of the details and concerns that were discussed. Joshua is amazing at his job! He is professional and has a perfect personality to be an advocate. He is patient, understanding, kind, efficient, and very helpful. One day after a really hard physical therapy appointment, no staff members were able to help my mother be put back in her bed. She was miserable while she waited 15 minutes in a wheelchair. I text messaged Joshua and he was there within 5 minutes. I don't believe this is part of his job description. That is how helpful he is. He sweetly helped her back to her bed (they had to use a hoya to lift her in and out of bed). Next, he helped make sure she was clean and comfortable. This meant a lot to us as we watched him truly care for our mother. This is just one example of his kindness. Joshua was truly a life saver when our mother was there. If we could rate Joshua alone, he would receive 5 stars. He truly was wonderful. The problem we had was that the nurses and aides were understaffed. Our mother was fortunate because we were able to take turns to stay with her. The week I stayed with her, hours would pass with no nurse or aide to check on her. Even when the nurse call light was on, it would take at least an hour for someone to come into her room. One morning she was throwing up for over an hour. The aide was made aware of it. She said she would let the nurse know. No one ever came in that day to address the problem. There were other problems as well. It is our belief, that more nurses and staff need to be hired, if they want their patients to receive better care. read more

My dear friend is staying there for possibly 6 weeks. Her first 2 days were a nightmare! No antibiotics the first day, didn't get her blood pressure meds to her, they didn't care for her when it came to getting assistance for the toilet either day. Completely ignored her & she had to go in her bed! This care in unacceptable! That's just 2 days! What will the next 6 weeks be like?? I pray she gets moved to another facility.....and soon! read more

Rehab is a commitment from both the patient and their family. The Center at Arrowhead is a beautiful facility, private rooms and baths, their staff,is committed to the care needed for your family members. You are part of a successful outcome, bringing good foods, company, and sunshine is key. Food here can be iffy unfortunately but you can call for something else. I recommend this facility, please stay on top of the physical therapy your person is receiving and encourage them to continue when they get back to their room. Don't bring your loved one here. My 83 year old mother came her to try to regain use of her legs and hands after a UTI. The biggest problem they have is the nursing staff - they were unresponsive and sat around at the desks the majority of the time. My mom was only showered once in two weeks (they say it's twice a week, it isn't.) Because many of the staff is primarily from staffing agencies, they don't know the patients. The nursing staff that is employed there also is moved around from floor to floor and sections so you rarely get consistent nursing - they too don't know the patient. Since my mom couldn't use her hands to feed herself, get water, or even call for help (still waiting for that "pancake button" which never arrived) , she needed all meals and water to be given to her. For two days the nursing staff did not communicate this during handoff (and apparently charts are a thing of the past.) On the first day I arrived to find her sitting with her meals on the tray in front of her so she could stare at them hungrily, so I fed her. The next day I was working and luckily the CNA figured it out after noticing my mom starting at the food for two meals straight - she confirmed that she had not been updated by the previous nursing staff that feeding and water help was required for this patient. Two days later I found blood in my mom's catheter tube and bag - the nurse shook the bag and sent a photo to a provider who apparently diagnosed through a photo via phone that the urine was concentrated. When I insisted on testing, it took one day to find out it was in fact a UTI and an additional 4 days to figure out what type so it went untreated for 5 days! Additional things: No doctor was on site Food was inedible at times (chicken wings, chicken tenders, salad are examples) TV didn't work without an able bodied person to change the input Clock didn't work Room didn't get cleaned for two weeks - never saw a housekeeper. I wiped the tray table and surfaces, and the patient care coordinator had to sweep and mop the floor when I complained about it. Just know that there are better skilled nursing facilities out there, and this is not it! I'm glad I found one for my mom that truly cares about her. read more

I just recently went home after spending 76 days the center at Arrowhead rehab. I can't say enough about this facility and staff. First of all, the position of patient advocate is held by a man whose name is Joshua, and it is obviously more than just a title to him. It is evident that it is his life's calling! He gives his personal attention to any question or concern you have and immediately addresses and/or rectify it. The Physical therapy and Occupational therapy teams becomes more like family very quickly with not only their expertise, compassion and encouragement. They were dedicated to of well-being, as well as recovery from my traumatic injury. Another thing that is very striking is that these teams share such a camaraderie, and always having a positive attitude, encouraging others, joking, laughing while all the time they are watching each and every movement you make while doing the exercises as not to do incorrectly. Love my teams! The nursing staff is heartbeat of comfort, wellness and support. These hardworking nurses and CNA's are so attentive to your needs, comfort, emergency needs day or night. They are all very personable, professional, pleasant, attentive and prompt. I really enjoyed them as they took care of me. After a while, I got to know my special caretakers as individuals with some stories if their own and, they too were family. I cannot recommend this center highly enough. When I left, I felt like I was leaving a huge part of my family behind the to continue my journey on my own again. Although this rehabilitation center is located on the opposite side of the Valley from where I live, I had the opportunity to work a few shifts there as a CNA--and I would gladly return. The environment struck me immediately: warm, welcoming, and professionally maintained. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and the overall upkeep of the building gave me confidence in the standards being upheld. From my firsthand experience, the quality of care was notably above average. The staff not only demonstrated professionalism but also a genuine commitment to patient well-being. It's the kind of place I would personally feel comfortable staying in if I ever needed rehabilitation or recovery services. They offer a broad range of care options, which makes this facility a strong option for families looking for dependable support during a health transition. 2/26/2026 I rate this place a "0". I've been a patient here now for a week and would not recommend this facility to anyone. I'm in this place because of a fractured lumbar and in alot of pain. If you're taking pain pills forget about getting your pain under control. You'll end up in more pain since they don't give you your pain meds at scheduled time. Maybe you'll get them within an hour or two later. That's not pain management! If I wasn't able to give myself a sponge bath every day, I'd be a stinky mess.There are employees here that really care about you and others who don't give a damn! Had a shower the day after I came in and a week later another with the help of a friend who was visiting. I asked many times about wanting a shower. Answer was always, "I'll check" then I never heard another word. I asked a CNA if my friend could help me take a shower. She says, "That's alright if she helps you, your scheduled for a shower today and I was going to help you" Nice of them to tell me. Thank you but No thank you, I have the help of a friend. ONE SHOWER A WEEK? Funny how she was going to help me shower and tell me that AFTER I ASKED ABOUT A FRIEND HELPING ME. I don't understand why you have to fill out a menu every day when it doesn't mean anything. You're lucky if you get what you ordered. Food is cold when you get it and not very tasty. I could go on and on about all the wrong in this place but I won't bore you if you're reading my comment. If you decide to use Center of Arrowhead for yours or loved ones health. Speak up if you're not satisfied. All needs to know and it's mostly all the same issues from what I'm reading. GOOD LUCK! read more

This center could be a lot better addressing paitients needs. 1st thing is at night it takes forever for a staff member to answer any call lights. 2nd thing is when I try to call to speak with someone about my mother they transfer me around 3 or 4 times and I am on hold waiting for at least 30 minutes just to get frustrated and eventually just have to drive down there to help my mom not to mention how incredibly rude they are on the phone. 3rd thing is when they come up with a pain management plan and schedule out pain meds they never come on time and sometimes not at all. And lets not even get into how aweful the food is as my mom withers away to nothing because the food is crazy bad. She's lost 30 pounds since she's been there! I'll just stop there as I get more upset just writing this. Care quality is horrible to say the least. But the place looks nice. Pretty deceptive. read more

THE WORST!!! My Dad, 70 years old, most important person to me, needed rehab for his broken back. This place is beautiful and there are some really nice staff BUT there is not nearly enough staff to accommodate, SO WHY WOULD YOU FILL MORE BEDS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STAFF? My Dad chose to ONLY take Tylenol, it would take 2 hours for him to receive Tylenol, and I was in the room witnessing this! Not only that, anytime you pushed the button for someone to come in, there was NO response for anything for at least that long. We did not push the button very much at all, so it wasn't because we were "constantly needy". Bathing was an entirely different story. My Dad went 10 days without being bathed even after multiple requests. When my husband went in to confront, someone had documented he had been bathed when he clearly hadn't. The nurse insinuated that he was not being truthful, so they went down to see my Dad together. Meanwhile, my Dad was crying inside yearning to just be clean! HOW DO YOU EXPECT ANYONE TO GET BETTER WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND GROSS? He did get bathed that day, but not again. It was falsified that he "declined" a shower. Later, reading through his paperwork, he said he was insulted because they had wrote that he was "uncooperative "! Is that them falsifying to cover up the lack of care given? He is the easiest going most compliant person I have ever known, even more so in a medical setting. Or, did they mix up paperwork from a different patient with his? I don't know which is worse! An appointment was set up for my Dad to be transported to the Spine Doctor by The Center Of Arrowhead, they were notified a week before the appointment, my Dad had to miss the appointment because there was NO TRANSPORT SCHEDULED by The Center At Arrowhead. This was them dropping the ball yet again. X-rays were ordered for his back, shockingly, yet again, no one knew a thing or who to get a hold of. NOBODY IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY, but this is supposed to be acceptable medical care. My Dad had a wristband that said "Fall Risk", thankfully nothing ever happened but proper precautions were NOT taken by any means. He was left alone in his room with the door closed for hours without anyone ever checking on him. Even when we did press the button for someone to come in, it was hours before anyone ever did. My father could have fallen, hit his head and not have been discovered for hours in a place that he was supposed to be safe and protected, yet was not. The food really super sucked, but at least the food was delivered regularly every day, sometimes late but it was delivered. Physical and Occupational Therapy always showed up and he made impressive progress, but that was only a few minutes a day, as it was ordered. They completely did their job and that was the ONLY time I felt my Dad was safe. Not enough to give this place a decent review in the least. There were a few FANTASTIC people, nurses, therapists, LVN's, that hit us through this experience, but they were not enough to carry the load of this entire establishment. Other nurses who were a bit more serious and fed me a bunch of BS, I don't blame them for being desensitized in this time we are going through and having to work under these conditions that are beyond their control. Puts me back to the F'ing establishment as a whole, the f'ing top dogs of this s*it show, why the hell would you continue to offer beds when you don't have staff to care for them? I could continue on with more of the awful experience, but I will jump to the end. We brought my father home yesterday, they wanted to keep him longer. I would rather shove a pencil through my eye than have him stay another minute there. I feel as though this would be a perfect place to send someone if you didn't care about them and just were waiting for them to die. read more

If you have any other choice do not send your love one here. They lie about the rehab they have provided, threaten to discharge patients, and then refuse to allow them to leave until they suck up every penny out of their insurance. Your loved one will have to wait hours to receive attention when pushing the call button. The case managers are liars and do nothing to manage cases. They sit around with their doors closed and refuse to take calls or appointments to coordinate care. Everything will be blamed on "staffing shortages" but it is consistent and appears there is always a staffing shortage. It looks pretty but it is a terrible place for patients. read more

This place deserves negative stars, I hate that I have to put a 1 star rating. From a hospital stay after an ER visit, my doctors wanted me in an acute rehab facility to continue my recovery. Somehow I wound up here, in this hellish place of horrific care. I arrived late in the afternoon and the day nurse wanted nothing to do with me, he was 'busy charting so the night nurses would help me' for 3 hours no one answered my call button, I needed to use the bathroom, I needed medication, and I was completely ignored and trapped in my bed in a room that was like an office. The entire floor looked like an office building with the offices along the edges converted to hospital rooms. The call button turned a light on outside the door. Nothing electronically calling a nurse. Once the night nurse arrived I was way past due on meds, two nurses had to help me to the bathroom, then one nurse had to find a walker to help get me to the toilet, I did eventually get a bedside commode. One night nurse gave me her cell phone to text her when I needed her as she would not be able to see the light outside my door. Also I had missed dinner since the day nurse ignored me. One kind nurse had his wife bring food for me at 11pm. These 2 kind night nurses were not the normal care, they were a kind anomaly among a hellish experience. I considered at several points of calling an Uber to get me out of this place. I heard other patients calling for help. I overheard a nurse the next day say to someone about a different patient "close that door as I don't want to hear her coughing and moaning all night" my medication was constantly past due. I spent the first full day doing what I could calling who I could, speaking to who I could to get out of this place. I had one employee who I will not name, tell me this was not an acute rehab place and I needed to get myself transferred. There are way too many awful details to put in this one review, I am thankful for the small minority of kind people, who helped me. This place should not be in business and I am horrified for the people left there in their care. Thankfully with calls back to the original hospital that sent me there, and my constantly advocating for myself to be transferred or I would leave, I was finally transferred to the amazing rehabilitation hospital called Reunion. It was like leaving hell and going to heaven. If you think I am exaggerating, try staying there for 48 hours. I wouldn't let them care for my pet, please don't send a family member here. read more

the registry nurses do as little as possible including medication. i was suppose to get my pills at 2 am i was given the pain medication 635 am. I was told by the registry nurse that she will decide when you get you medication. they even totally ignore the call light on night shift . they need more FACILITY nurses. read more

There are many extremely caring employees there. They helped my husband During a very difficult time in his life. Unfortunately our Medicare system does not allow Continued care after a certain amount of days. Too many names to mention but my special thanks to Cathy (nurse on 3rd floor)Kathy (charge nurse) and a very special Lady..Royah! Also the very sweet young ladies at the front desk who always had a smile on their faces. Like everywhere else there are some challenges but if you understand and have patience you will get that help you deserve. My husband is now home with rehab and is making progress. Don't walk through that door as it will be your biggest regret for your loved one. The people that I have read posted about receiving good care must not have any knowledge of how people are to be cared for. My guess is ignorance is bliss. If you know what the staff is supposed to be doing and what procedures are required then you are going to have a rough time trying to get the staff to comply with your request to take care of your loved one. One of my in-laws is currently a patient at this facility. Agree 100% with waiting hours to have the call light answered, get pain medicine, get scheduled daily medications. No dietician is available or in hiding. My relative keeps getting food he is allergic to despite multiple request by his wife to speak with a dietitian. We even heard the night staff telling another staff member to get ___'s tray as he did not eat his dinner. "Get that one, I want ___''s tray. Medicare requires a dietitian to be available. Medications ordered for specifc times are only administered in the am and late at night, forget about getting three times or four times a day as they are supposed to be administered. My B-I-L is receiving an antibiotic for the bowel infection. According to the specialist doctor it is supposed to be given every 6 hours ( for example: 6-12-6-12). Instead he receives 3 doses from 7 am - 7 pm and 1 more dose between 8-10 pm. Rooms are not cleaned. He and his wife have yet to see a housekeeper. Lots of registry staff who are trying their hardest. The nurses are old school where if someone comes to them for help they pass it on to the aide to check on them. The aide may or may not notify the nurse of what the patient needed or requested. Nurses do not answer call lights. Regarding showers. Showers are only given on Tuesdays. If my B-I-L cannot tolerate a shower then it is a bed bath. His wife refused a shower for him one night and the Director of Nursing had her sign a paper stating she would be giving him a bath the next day. If she didn't then it would not be offered until next Tuesday. One aide even had the nerve to tell him that PT gives the baths so they can see how strong you are. He spoke with another aide and was told that is not current and she proceeded to give him his shower. Toiletries are not provided despite what the receptionist may tell you. the most you will receive is a wash basin. Water is passed out according to staff schedules NOT when you request it. No water ptichers in the rooms. Cups are labeled with the date and "AM" or "PM". His wife brought in a liter bottle so he could just pull the spout and fill his water bottle that he brought from home in order to stay hydrated. If anyone thinks this is good care we feel sorry for your loved one. The admitted my B-I-L into their care signaling that they could take care of his needs. I agree with a previous writer that if you do not have sufficent staff STOP ADMITTING patients. Two nights in a row when his wife was leaving the facility there were a fire engine, ambulance, and three Glendale police cars on the first night and the second night a fire truck and an ambulance. There may be times when you will notice, if you visit someone, that there is absolutely no staff at the nurses station. Why is anyone's guess. My father had 6 months - a year to live, was under at home hospice my mother reluctantly sent him for a five day " respid" period at this location to enable her to get alil work done as she was his care giver and also working from home at this point. He was dying from cancer but was still able to do almost everything aside from walking w out falling at this point. He got in a van to to him to the center on his own. 36 hours later my mom called me and said get to arrowhead abrazo er now. I did not ask questions I just went. My father had apparently got out of bed and into the hallway " naked" and fallen so hard he was confused and bleeding from the brain. When I went to gather his belongings no one was around I could have been any one they just let me up there‍ my dad died from a brain bleed 6 days later he was in a coma for 4. They had not given him his prescribed anti anxiety or morphine which was to be administered every 2 hours in the 36 hours he was there. And here are pics of the shirt they tried to hide in the trash I found in the room " he fell naked" in. Please don't let any one else die to soon because of their poor negligence read more

I am writing this review to encourage you to find another facility for you. loved one. They are short staffed all the time. Lack of communication between office, nursing, and doctor is an ongoing battle. My husband can have his light on for longs periods and no one responds. This has forced me to consistently be there to monitor his care. The one time, I had to go on a business trip, I came back to find his bed, the floor all smelled like urine. Sheets had stains all over, so he was like that for many hours. Staff that is in charge are rude, uncaring, and lack motivation to help solve issues. One front desk assistant is extremely rude. On a positive note, the nurses and CNA's are great. They are friendly and caring. His PT and OT are awesome. read more

my husband was in arrowhead for respite care for 5 days. when we arrived, the RN in charge looked at my husband's tailbone , which in the past has had some sore spots. I have worked very hard to clear it up and when the RN looked , his tailbone was red, but no open wounds. when he came home today ( 6/17/23 ) , our son and I changed Ralph because he didn't smell very good. When I took off the diaper , his tailbone had open sores & raw skin. Ralph said the didn't use the skin barrier cream that I sent along with the diapers unti he asked them to use it. Not a happy camper, will be filling a complaint with the state of Arizona. read more

While the building is nice, the rest of my experience was not. The food, usually served at room temperature, was mostly canned goods of low quality. The nursing staff was mediocre at best with a few exceptions. Most staff had almost nothing to say when in the room and a couple really summed up their feelings by wearing buttons declaring "Don't ask me, I just work here". Activating the nurse call button just illuminated a light outside your room, with no real signal you needed assistance. Wait times ranged from five or 10 minutes to 45 minutes or more for a response. The biggest observation, however, was the complete lack of hygiene displayed by the staff. Sometimes they wore protective gloves for treatment, other times not. A nurse would come in, empty urinals, wrap up garbage from can, replace the bag and then bring a cup of water. Then leave the room and move on to the next patient presumably without changing gloves. In all the time I was there, never was my bedside table cleaned, despite being used to eat, read, play games, and storage for urinals. I went there for some physical therapy after surgery, but in eight days I received less than 90 minutes of therapy. Once I was lucky enough to use the one stepper that worked, while told the other three didn't work! read more

We did not have a very positive experience at the Center at Arrowhead. The communication with the patient and family is very poor to non existent. My loved one was sent there for PT and OT therapy. She laid flat on here back for four day's before she any kind of meaningful therapy. I had to find and get upset with the Director of Rehabilitation before I could get any kind of idea as what kind, how many day's, how often how long the sessions would take place. The Tech would come into the room early in the morning, write their name on the reader board, either PT or OT, but not write a time down so that the patient had some sort of idea as to when to expect them. I would suggest that you look elsewhere before moving into this facility, read all of the reviews first so that you will not have all of the frustrations that I had. Jerry G read more

I do t know where to begin. My mother is 87 years old with hearing loss, dementia and a broken ankle two places. When searching for a facility to care for my mother I read reviews and came across one that now stands out. The review stated to not let the beautiful facility and smiling faces fool you when selecting a facility. I wish I had listened to that review. I witnessed my mother as well as others waiting extra long times to get assistance to go to the bathroom or come out. I was really annoyed by the attitude of some of the staff and was amazed at how nice Kimberly, front desk and the therapist are. The kitchen staff was so rude to the patients when they didn't think you were around. But as soon as they see you they were overly nice to the patients. My mother was to be well on her way to recovery but do to the nurses and other team members allowed the cast to come off her surgically repaired ankle. Due to the ankle moving freely when the cast was removed allowed the stitched area to open up as a dried out open sore. The screws set in her ankle did not heal as well do to the ankle moving. Due to the negligence on the staffs part my mother was to stay in Arrowhead facility for an additional 25 days and return to the surgeon for review. Well on Wednesday of this week while I was in California I received a call that my mother was being released from the facility in 4 days. I was told she reached a threshold of 75feet for rehab. At 75 feet she is good to go home. I argued the fact that she is in a wheelchair, her bedroom is 15 steps up the stairs and she has a no weight restriction on her broken ankle. My complaints feel on deaf ears of the administrative team. They were so confused on dates of service and release date one said Sunday the other Saturday. They all blamed it on Medicare. My mother used up 50 days would have used another 25 worst case scenario. Medicare will not kick you out of treatment is needed even showing progress. My mothers mind is so confused which was also part of therapy that she had forgotten how to address an envelope. So today I received a call from her nurse that my mother has been released and ready for pickup. My phone was off and I did not see the message until 1 pm two hours after her release from the facility. One employee I need to single out is Ruben not sure what his job is but I am sure he is getting paid an awful lot to be on his cell phone. Each and every time I walked by or up to the nurses station he was on his cell phone. It was annoying to have a loved one in the facility and a staff member was not alert he moved around and answered my questions so slow it was almost in slow motion. As for the food it looked okay but no where near gourmet as the brochure list it as. The rooms are not cleaned enough. My mother was here in October of 2017. I debated writing a review, and after reading the reviews from the same time frame, I feel like it is even more important to post. I took detailed notes because I noticed things that were upsetting from day one, but rather than detail every story, let me say that what others have experienced is what my family experienced: Nice, new facility with a great PT section. Helpful and attentive PTs. But (and keep in mind that my mother has dementia, so she couldn't even remember that she broke her hip): Concerning lack of knowledge (or lack of concern) on what level of care is required for dementia patients. Negative, apathetic nursing staff. Lack of nurse/CNA to nurse/CNA communication at shift change. Lack of communication with family members. Not enough attention to patients (missed "shower days"/patients getting out of bed without help/reactions to food). No PT schedule except MAYBE a note on your whiteboard some days with a time. Lack of follow up on medical orders like ice packs, wound care, dressing changes, compression socks and ICS breathing exercises. Lack of reaction to things like the possible need for a medication change or doctor review. I too had a meeting with the director to no avail. My brothers and I ended up taking our mom out early to care for her at home. Someone who can fend for themselves and just needs a place to conveniently have PT on a daily basis might do fine here, (I actually talked to some other patients about this) but if you have a loved one who needs attention, help and supervision, you will have to be there yourself 24 hours a day to get that. read more

If you are reading these reviews, it is likely because you are trying to find a safe, caring environment for your loved one. This is the reason that I am writing this review. The main point of this review is to encourage you NOT to choose this facility for your loved ones. There are many, many issues with this facility, but I will provide just a couple for you to get an accurate picture of the patient experience. My mother arrived there on a Friday night following a hospital stay. On Saturday morning, she informed me that she had been pressing her help button for 30 minutes with no response. I called the front desk to ask someone to go in to help her. The receptionist took my mother's name then placed me on hold. I waited on hold for 12 minutes before being disconnected. When I called back, the receptionist said "Oh, yeah, what was your mom's name again?" By this time, she had been left without assistance for over 45 minutes. Again, I was placed on hold then transferred to a voicemail with a message that said the mailbox was full. It took me about an hour to get anyone to answer, and by then, I was already driving to the 45 minute drive to the facility to assist my mother. When I expressed my serious concerns with my mothers care and informed the facility that I was in contact with Medicare to log a complaint (which was true), my mother's care TEMPORARILY improved. By the following day, we were having the same issues. Once again, I called the facility to request care for my mother. On my first attempt, I was transferred to the on-duty manager "Jason", but got his voicemail and his voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. When I called back again, I was transferred to the case manager so I left a message. She also did not answer and never returned my call. Many times, nobody answers the main phone number. Given the many issues, our family made a decision to remove her from the facility for another option where she would be safe and properly cared for. My mother arrived at the new facility this evening and I already notice a MAJOR difference. read more

One star is generous. Let's see the food is not gourmet as advertised, in fact I had to send doordash there atleast 4 times a week so he could eat for the day. Therapists come to the room and sit and play on the phone or watch tv with patient. Other therapist told my dad the on the phone therapist is always on the phone.. how about do your job... the first week my dad was there no one outside of the nurses to check on him or food delivery did anyone attempt to come in and work with him. I had to call Brad and ask what was going on, then there were all sorts of people in his room. One night the oxygen in the whole building shut off, instead of going room to room to check on those who take oxygen, ehhh.. my dad wakes up in the middle of the night with oxygen down into the 60s not being able to breathe. They put false information in patients files. When talking to the director, he implies my dad is a liar. Director tells me he's going into talk to my dad, 4 days later we still are waiting. All administration voice mails are full all the time, so you can never reach them. Let talk about the case manager, or lack there of. The one time she actually saw my dad was near the end of the stay when she was to tell him he had to leave. She has no follow through on anything. This past weekend 5/16, they were short on CNAs, the director was called and he never responded to staff... This is a horrible place to put your loved ones. The ONLY 2 good things (which is the only reason they got 1 star) Is Dr. Katz and one of the PT ladies. I will be contacting any and all medical outlets to file a complaint against this place. read more
