She went the extra mile by putting me (their daughter who lives 500 miles away) on speaker phone during the whole process to be sure that I was happy with the choices made & associated cost. After the transaction, she texted me copies of the documents since I am listed as an authorized user. She also responded a week later for help regarding a document & usage of the new phones. Extremely unprofessional hacks. The only thing worse than their lack of actual computer/electronic knowledge are the blatant lies they hide behind in attempt to cover up their incompetence. Every time I called about the status of a repair, I received a different answer. Funny how the problem could easily be fixed until after I forked over $120, and then suddenly the drive was damaged and corrupted and it could not be repaired. Not only was I out $120 but, when I went to pick up the drive, all I got in return was just loose parts from the original drive.

Best decision I could have made! I spoke to Chris. What a guy! The man spent the next two hours helping me. He had to undo the mess that the New Holland store had made. They had created an account for me despite the fact that I had purchased NOTHING. It took a call to corporate and half hour of time to get that debacle fixed, but Chris hung in there and made sure he did all he could to get that mess cleaned up. After he got that done, he spent time explaining to my son the various options for phones available to him. Chris didn't go "latest and greatest" on us. He worked inside our budget to get us solid, state of the art equipment at as little cost to us as possible. After helping my son, Chris helped me pick out a surprise phone for my wife for Christmas and pulled it off with her right there. Chris answered all my questions, did everything he could to save me money, and genuinely took care of all my customer service needs. He explained all the plans available to me, didn't hard sell the extras, but did make me aware of them. I did take advantage of the protection plans he offered. All the way around, Chris was knowledgeable about his products, his plans and his job. I genuinely felt cared about. The store was busy and the staff was just great all the way around. Both Chris and his fellow associate knew what they were doing. If you need a T Mobile store to develop a relationship with, Ephrata is the place to go.

There are a lot of very nice employees and they are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the different phones and other products they have their. Usually when I go to upgrade phones I know I will be there for an hour or more not because of the employees but because their system is so slow it takes forever to process everything and for them to get the new phone set up, you know the system is bad when the employee themself is complaining about it repetitively. Every time I has gone in there the guys working are always joking around with each other while with customers and also sometimes have music playing with some profanity. This did not bother me but there have been other people in the store the same time as me and yo could tell they were bothered by these things. Overall employees are very kind and if you have an issue with your phone, bill, etc. this is a nice clean location to go to.
