This place has so many hard to find items and products I've never seen or heard of. It's a bit pricey too, even for common items I've seen at at various health stores. The thing I didn't like was that their clearance section has items that expired well over a month ago. Friendly staff, worth checking out!

I did not have time, until over a week later, to return it unopened. Yet, because I just had the unopened bottle and the receipt, but not the box that it came in, she refused to allow me to return it. I did not argue. I just said okay; although, they have just lost a customer, because I won't ever shop there again. To me, that's not great customer service. I wonder if it depends on who the customer is, how a decision is made regarding service. I felt rejected, blown off, and dismissed.

It's an independent shop, better than GNC. The staff is also more helpful. It seem like the classic musty health food store inside. It has two areas, with most of the food in one and most of the vitamins in the other. The prices are average to higher than average, depending on brand and product. A lot of the lesser known brands are cheaper. I found a good size pea protein powder for about $30, which is about the same or cheaper than many other places. Another thing making this place better is the service is better. The staff at GNC often have no clue, but here you can ask questions and learn something. I recommend this over the chains. It has comparable prices and better informed employees. This is located next to the Green Papaya restaurant.

Because I wasn't in my usual car, I didn't have my cloth bags with me--which I'm used to carrying after living in California for 30 years. When I got home, the bottle of port fell right through the flimsy plastic bag they provided. It was not wrapped in paper or double-bagged. This is actually the second time this has happened to me; a month ago, a glass bottle of juice fell through one of their bags in the pouring rain, and I was so soaked cleaning it up in the parking lot that I didn't even bother going back inside. I brought the broken port bottle back the next day. While the manager did replace it, she repeatedly kept telling me how I could purchase bags from them. I explained to her multiple times that I already have my own bags and was simply in a different car, but she just kept repeating, "We have bags that you could purchase." She continued to gaslight me instead of just admitting they were wrong and that their staff should have packaged a heavy glass bottle properly so it wouldn't fall through. Very disappointing customer service.
