Very desapointed with response from owner Susan. Angry and very short on the phone. I would NEVER leave a pet of mine in her care.

Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the most upsetting experiences I've had with a veterinarian. My cat had gotten covered in car oil and likely ingested some of it because she was scared and I couldn't catch her right away. By the time I finally did, she had gone downhill. She had lost weight, was drooling, her tongue was sticking out, and her mouth looked burned and ulcerated. I was scared and brought her in because I needed help fast. When Dr. Saini looked at her, it felt like he wrote her off almost immediately. He looked in her mouth briefly and told me it was a tumor and that she would not have a good quality of life. I asked more than once if it could be an ulcer instead, especially because of the car oil exposure and the burns in her mouth, but he still said it was a tumor. There was very little explanation, very little compassion, and no real sense of urgency. What bothered me the most was that I had to point out that she was clearly having respiratory distress before that was even addressed. Only after I kept asking questions did labs and X-rays come up. By that point, I honestly had no confidence in the care being provided and chose not to move forward with testing there. The next day, I took her to another vet. They diagnosed an oral ulcer, not a tumor, and started treatment right away, including IV fluids and oxygen. That was heartbreaking because I feel like her care was delayed when she needed help the most. I know not every diagnosis is easy, and I don't expect any doctor to be perfect. But I do expect compassion, urgency, and a willingness to actually listen when an animal is clearly suffering. I left feeling like my cat was dismissed instead of helped, and I would not feel comfortable bringing another pet here.

Individual Dog Training Review:…read more Our dog is 4 years old, he's a labradoodle and has always been very high energy when outside or around other dogs. While we should have gotten him properly trained years ago, we didn't. After some research, I landed on Urban Dog House. It was nearby and after reading not only about their methodology but also reviews here and on Google, we signed up for an individual training session with Steve. Over the course of an hour, Steve gave me the proper tools to help our guy meet the goals we had always envisioned. I was really happy with how things went in the classroom but fully expected things to revert when we got back home. Sticking with Steve's methods, I am absolutely shocked how responsive our dog has become. He is no longer the dog that yelps, barks and screeches when another dog is within 1/2 mile of his vision. He still gets excited but we now have the tools to align him with our expectations. I'm really looking forward to having him enroll in the group class next. While I was there, I was able to tour the entire facility and we'll be boarding with Urban Dog House this upcoming weekend. Also got to walk through a group training session and what I saw seemed like a dream - 20 or so dogs and their owners, in a room, dogs laying down, owners not holding leashes. It was amazing. I feel pretty confident our guy will get there eventually! Will also note that the staff there seems genuinely very happy. Extremely friendly and I got the impression they all care deeply about animals. Very fortunate to find this place and would recommend it without reservation to others.

My male lab is dog-reactive when on a lead, and my female terrier is very feisty when her big brother is around. This always makes me nervous when I go on vacations leaving them in the care of others, even close family members. Urban Dog House (UDH) minimized my worries right off the bat by explaining their protocols for pups who don't get along with other animals, allowing me to visit their facility before boarding, and sending report cards throughout the week. Per my request, they even allowed Max & Cardi to board together in the same kennel, as I had some concerns that having them separated would cause more stress. Their kennels are big and spacious, so I knew my dogs would be comfortable. Additionally, UDH also has a fridge/freezer, so they were able to accommodate Max & Cardi's dry kibble/raw diet meals. The UDH team, especially Steven, was always responsive and friendly whenever I reached out for updates, so I truly appreciated that. For our first extended stay, I received a discounted nightly rate for my second dog, and upon pick-up, UDH was gracious enough to give both of them complimentary baths. I attached a photo here of how they looked when we finally got home. They looked happy, well-fed, and were free of any scratches/marks. I am boarding with UDH again later this week and am confident that my dogs will be in good care!

Somehow we found Hailey and called her and explained our situation and she accommodated us. Our child, Peter, is high energy dog . She told us to bring him in and she will evaluate. When I brought him in I was worried and had to tell her again that he is high energy to make sure everything would be ok. She met him and took him in and made sure I left feeling confident. She told me if he was uncomfortable she would take him home with her so he would be able to sleep. 100% would recommend Hailey. Outstanding to see how she handles all types of dogs and their behaviors to accommodate them and make them and their parents feel safe.

I reached out to Hailey after a positive referral. During our initial visit, she was very professional and helpful, and the facility seemed well run. We ultimately chose a home-based daycare for our 6-month-old puppy and canceled well in advance. In October 2025, I paid a $855 deposit via Zelle to reserve boarding and requested a refund after canceling. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the refund would be processed. I was later informed that the refund had been sent to the wrong person and would be corrected, with a commitment that it would be completed by February 18, 2026. Unfortunately, I never received it, and there has been no resolution since. I've attempted to follow up via phone (calls are no longer being accepted), WhatsApp (messages are read but not responded to), and email, but have not received any response. At this point, I am still waiting on the refund and have had to pursue formal channels to resolve this. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

I'm coming out of the dead to leave this review because I hope it helps someone who is thinking…read moreabout seeking professional training for their dog(s). We are not new dog owners and with our previous dog, we lived the best life - traveling across US and Canada, flying on planes, staying in hotels, dining at Michelin star restaurants, going to work at the office, walking off leash, etc - with zero professional training. He actually was a puppy school drop out! We learned that all dogs are different and with our new pups, we needed help on dealing with behavioral issues like reactivity. Through positive reinforcement, Amy coached us on how to loose leash walk our dogs in heel position. She also showed us how to do "place" work, use spatial pressure and how to get our dogs to focus on us around distractions. We also learned how to turn up our praising game verbally and with treats! Trainings were mainly at Butcher Park which is a very high pressure environment given the amount of dogs at any given time. It really put us to the test and honestly, we were challenged! It's hard work. We had homework after each lesson, but we committed to practicing in between lessons. We weren't perfect but we always showed up ready to learn, and to give and receive feedback each time with the goal of growing and improving. We ended up doing "board and train" for both of our dogs (one at a time) and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We needed a jumpstart and Amy gave us the knowledge and tools to set us up for how we want to live our lives with our French bulldogs. She truly loves dogs and wants the best for them and their owners. We highly recommend Amy!

Yesterday's experience was the final straw. Off the bat, just starts listing all these things my dog needs. My POV is this doctor just tries to squeeze you dry any way possible. Feels like a dentist when they tell you need all these other procedures when you go in for a cavity. I'm definitely going to search for a new vet. Lmk if anyone has any recommendations.
