From the start, she was extremely rude and demanding when she came into my house and had virtually zero interaction with my dogs. It made the entire process uncomfortable and stressful and with all of the lovely dog sitters out there why settle for someone who is rude.

We have only ever boarded our dogs since we moved to Las Vegas and I didn't like them being left alone at night in a kennel. I think it just adds to their stress of you already being gone. So I searched for an in home sitter to make things easier for our two dogs and two cats. These two are excellent at what they do and have the calm nature your pets will respond well to. Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. My son missed his cats and she sent photos of them which he appreciated!! Their rates are very reasonable and our house was very clean and our pets were so happy when we got home. The biggest compliment came from my husband who said this was the most relaxed he has been on vacation in a long time and I give Hey Buddy ALL the credit for that. I have to add that Angyla walked my dogs every day and they are strong pullers and can be reactive! She impressed the heck out of me doing that. Cannot recommend them enough for spoil your fur babies while you're gone.

A one stop shop for all your pet and house service needs with outstanding customer service!…read more I was previously with another waste removal service that I loved but they had billing issues using QuickBooks. With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. This led to an extensive search for the perfect pet sitter with excellent reviews. I'm very particular about the care of my animals and of course, handing over the keys to my home! I started by calling each recommendation around Henderson. Two days later..... I found Paw Minders Plus- 13 years in business, bonded and insured! I called and spoke to Mike, he laid out all the specifics and we set a face to face meeting. Mike & Marcia (the owners) showed up to my home and we had a very nice visit. Both Mike & Marcia are retired professionals who truly love animals. We watched as they interacted with our animals, my super shy pup even came out to meet them. When they left our home, my Husband and I felt super comfortable, we signed the paperwork and secured the dates for our trip. We scheduled Paw Minders twice daily (Morning & Evening). Consistently prompt, including a 30 minute minimum with each visit. Mike & Marcia thoroughly cared for our animals & our home with love. (2 dogs, 2 cats & large fish tank). Sensei Gregory is an amazing dog trainer in Las Vegas. My german shepherd Shenzi had some dog…read morereactivity issues bordering on dog aggression. She had all the basic commands down but I didn't trust her enough around other dogs to walk her off leash. She would even lunge at dogs while on leash if they got too close. She even had a bite incident at one point. I was at a loss. I met with Gregory after having consultations with several other dog trainers in Las Vegas and Henderson. But The Doggy Dojo stood out to me because of Gregory's professionalism and his obvious love for dogs. Upon meeting with him, I was comfortable he was the right trainer for my specific situation. I signed up for the Brown Collar aka Threat Dog program. That included on-leash obedience, off-leash obedience, service dog training, and protection dog training (threat level). Since Shenzi already had the on-leash obedience down, we were able to move to off-leash obedience pretty quickly. Only a couple sessions were focused on on-leash obedience training just to tighten up the way i corrected my dog when she displayed reactive or aggressive behaviors or when she didn't listen to a command. Within the first few off-leash sessions, Shenzi was a completely transformed dog. I was able to walk her off-leash everywhere. And she walks by other dogs without barking, lunging, or displaying any reactive or aggressive behavior whatsoever. She stays at the heel position at all times unless i release her, even with distractions. I even had a couple of situations where other dogs were displaying aggression towards my dog and she stayed calm and continued to walk by my side. And after we got through the service dog training, I've been able to take her to the casinos, the airport, on planes, and in stores with no problem. She literally goes everywhere with me. And now, after threat dog training, she confidently displays aggression only on my command or when a threat is imminent. She's the best companion and protector now. Gregory really takes his time with training. All training is done privately. No group training, which i liked because it allows Gregory to spend adequate time training your dog while also teaching you how to appropriately correct your dog. Essentially he trains you how to train your dog. Gregory will take you and your dog to stores, parks, and other places to make sure your dog is adequately trained in all environments. He also offers a board and train program but i wanted to work with my dog myself.
