I have used Carpet Liquidators, Danvers, MA. 3 occasions for 2 different houses. First after snowstorm leaving me with ice dams and water that ruined wall-to- wall carpeting in living /dining rooms and family room. The team, led by Fabio, came in, ripped up carpeting, moved all furniture ( extra cost), installed LVP flooring. The team made whole process from carpet removal, to installation, to clean up efficient with wonderful results. The flooring looked great! Eight years later, in new house. Back to Carpet Liquidators. More carpeting removed: 2 bedrooms, hallway , stairs ( as you can tell not a big fan of carpet). LVP installed with another great job right down to the trim work. Gina, front desk representative, spent time with me picking out stair runner and flooring. While they were here, consulted with Fabio and added on 2 bathroom floors. No problem, no extra wait time. Again, the team members were professional. Next project, 2025, back to Carpet Liquidators. Very small deck off of patio doors leading to backyard. The team came in, ripped off small deck and built 19x10 walk-out deck with white vinyl railings and 2 flower boxes by the stairs. This team worked in the rain and 90 degree heat. We manage a rental apartment and at the last minute, in between renters, we decided to replace the carpet. It was the Saturday of memorial weekend and we were hoping to have a carpet installed in the apartment and have it rented by June 1. We were greeted by Jenn (name?) who directed us to an entire warehouse full of carpets they had in stock. We found one we liked for an affordable price and it was installed two days later on Memorial Day. Her installer Carlos did a great job and was very easy to work with. I recently went to Carpet Liquidator in Danvers and purchased a rug runner for my house. They put my name on the carpet while it waited to be installed. They came to install it, the owner of Carpet Liquidator was with them. as they started to install it and I saw it, I said to the Owner, "this isn't the rug I bought", he said "your name was on it". Multiple times I said this isn't the carpet I bought. After getting nowhere, i have a carpet I didn't buy. Very disappointed!!!! read more

I'm a mother of three kids and two dogs (neither grouping including my husband). Needless to say our floor is a mess. There was always mud, dirt from old ball games, ketchup (my three year old's current obsession), along with salt from the winter and more crumbs than I could count. In the foyer of our home, there is a BEAUTIFUL red oriental rug, and Gina and Fabio allowed for it to show its true colors again. We just buit a new home and had hardwood floors instlalled throughout the house. To further outfit the house to fit our needs and tastes we decided to purchase carpet runners for the stairway and the foyer as well as some area rugs for the family room, kitchen "eat in" area and bedrooms. Thus, we looked to find a business that could get this done at a reasonable price. We first went to the usual big box stores and large furniture stores to see what they offered. There stores do not really have any carpet experts, but more general sales people doing the job. We then went to some large "carpet/flooring only" stores, but their prices seemed very high. However, in these stores we were able to pick out carpet makes and designs that we liked so we made progress. Now, we wanted to find the best price for our selctions. It was only by luck that we received a tip from a sales person (who does alot of home decorating) who told us to go to The Carpet Liquidator in Danvers and talk to Donna (Donna Coviello). Could Donna beat the big box stores in price and service and can get any carpet the we wanted? Well, we said what do we have to lose....only a little time and gas. So, we went. DID WE LUCK OUT! The store/warehouse is very "non-descript" profilewise, but does Donna know her carpets. She got us exactly what we needed and at prices much lower than the big box stores....REALLY LOWER. (by the way Donna is also great at keeping you posted as to what and when things will happen). She then sent her partner Fabio Clavel to do measurements and a week later (February 14th) the carpets were installed. The carpets required borders to be cut and installed as well as carpet binding to take place. Much of this was done at the house and what meticulous work was done to make them look perfect. The timing from the intial purchase through the installation was fast at under three weeks and does it look nice. CONCLUSION - If you need carpets, then I would highly recommend you to go to see Donna and Fabio at The Carpet Liquidator (they also do all types of flooring). You will get great service at a fantastic price and you will not be disappointed. I am a perfectionist and want to spend my money wisely. I can tell you that I am happy that I was lucky to have been directed here. So don't waste alot of time, go here first and I am confident that it will be the last stop. I had been living on a concrete floor for some time and when I went there to inquire about laminate flooring, I knew instantly that this was the place where I would get great service. My daughter and her Fiancé have just purchased their first home. Recently they visited this location to buy some carpet. They are a young couple with not a big budget to spend . They saw this place and thought maybe with the name that they would get a good deal. Being young and lack of experience with this type of purchase they where trusting of the salesperson. Big Mistake. The women who works there is very unprofessional and rude. My daughter was shocked at how she handled herself and spoke to customers. Being under the gun to get the rug they proceeded to order the carpet. What my daughters fiancé went back in a week to pick up the carpet the women was unprepared and told him he would have to come back He explained to her that he had the installers coming the next day and needed the carpet now. She was rude but proceeded to get the order together. To top it all off she said he needed to pay an additional $100.00 for pad. He had paid for the pad when he ordered the carpet.(shame on him for not getting receipt) He paid the $100.00. It was a cheap foam pad. When the installer saw the carpet he had asked what they paid and it was $26 yd. He laughed and said this is about a $10yd carpet. He couldn't believe she sold them a foam pad either. It is very frustrating that this women seemed to take advantage of two young kids who where had the lack of knowledge and experience and she sensed that and preyed on them.
