I recently needed assistance getting to and from a physical therapy appointment, and JAX CARE Patient Transport provided excellent service from start to finish. From my first call to learn about their services, everyone was friendly and helpful. Jeremy picked me up at my home on time, got me to my appointment, and made sure I was checked in at the desk before leaving. Erica picked me up after my appointment and got me home safely. Both were friendly, courteous, and attentive, taking great care while helping me into and out of the minivan. Everyone on the JAX CARE Patient Transport team who helped me--from that initial phone call to getting me safely back into my home--did a great job. If I need transportation assistance for another medical appointment, I'll be calling JAX CARE Patient Transport again!

With a fractured kneecap I was unable to maneuver the 4 steps leading into my house. JaxCare was able to send two men to lift me out on a stretcher. The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. It is very pricey if you are going by stretcher as they have to send two men but the peace of mind of not maneuvering the stairs was worth it.

I feel like she actually cared about my situation and even made sure to give me something should I develop an issue with a medication she gave. I've never had a doctor care what happens after I leave there office. The prescriptions she prescribed were affordable and I didn't have to hunt all over town to find them, I've had to before. I wish she was my PCP. This is a great urgent care.

I work with the city at large's community every day, and manage to have empathy and compassion. This woman needs to be a prison guard. She was absolutely awful, she is doing the doctors in this practice a great disservice.

The wait was 2 1/2 hours. Patients are inside a small crowded room waiting to be tested for COVID,…read moreamong other things. To my understanding, this has been going on for a few days now. So, irresponsibly, they're keeping a small waiting room full of potentially COVID positive people for much more than 15 minutes together. If you didn't have it before you walked in, you could catch it there for sure. The only precaution is that everyone must wear a mask. In the hours I was there I didn't see any staff disinfect the place. Oh and the doctor is walking around with the same set of gloves on as she sees patients. No, she did not change her gloves upon coming into the examination room to see me. Normally I have no issues with this clinic, but today the whole thing was wrong. Irresponsible and unsanitary. Edited to add: management contacted me immediately after I gave company my feedback. They've changed the procedure for COVID testing back to appointments to minimize exposure. They also acknowledged doctor not changing gloves is not okay and will address accordingly. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars after this new development.

All good, until 1pm on the 2nd came and went. We called three times to check on the car, but no answer. Very frustrating when you need to make a flight. Will not call North Florida Shuttle again. It's a shame because we just moved here in September and I do quite a bit of business travel and always use a car service.
