The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. It is very pricey if you are going by stretcher as they have to send two men but the peace of mind of not maneuvering the stairs was worth it.

They have to be as they need so many certifications. Then they deliver fantastic service. As seen in the picture. Their driver loaded and secured my wife's wheelchair in the middle of a thunderstorm! BUT NO, I had to dance through the process to actually speak with a person. Then they could not get me a cab without the address. Where are you dispatchers that actually know your customer service areas? After refusing to use Lyft or any other car service, and repeatedly explaining to some of the people that determine where taxis can and can not park during large events down town highlighting how its not safe or fare to let car services bypass and even illegally stop and park, I guess I'll have to switch and find a new service to get around.
