From my first call to learn about their services, everyone was friendly and helpful. Jeremy picked me up at my home on time, got me to my appointment, and made sure I was checked in at the desk before leaving. Erica picked me up after my appointment and got me home safely. Both were friendly, courteous, and attentive, taking great care while helping me into and out of the minivan. Everyone on the JAX CARE Patient Transport team who helped me--from that initial phone call to getting me safely back into my home--did a great job. The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. Where are you dispatchers that actually know your customer service areas? After refusing to use Lyft or any other car service, and repeatedly explaining to some of the people that determine where taxis can and can not park during large events down town highlighting how its not safe or fare to let car services bypass and even illegally stop and park, I guess I'll have to switch and find a new service to get around.
