I recently needed assistance getting to and from a physical therapy appointment, and JAX CARE Patient Transport provided excellent service from start to finish. From my first call to learn about their services, everyone was friendly and helpful. Jeremy picked me up at my home on time, got me to my appointment, and made sure I was checked in at the desk before leaving. Erica picked me up after my appointment and got me home safely. Both were friendly, courteous, and attentive, taking great care while helping me into and out of the minivan. Everyone on the JAX CARE Patient Transport team who helped me--from that initial phone call to getting me safely back into my home--did a great job. With a fractured kneecap I was unable to maneuver the 4 steps leading into my house. JaxCare was able to send two men to lift me out on a stretcher. The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. It is very pricey if you are going by stretcher as they have to send two men but the peace of mind of not maneuvering the stairs was worth it.
