I was calling someone in Massachusetts after the lay over, and the bus was pulling out when a Greyhound Employee forced me off the bus for being on my cell phone! I was left stranded outside the bus station, which was closing, without a ticket refund of the trip Miami, FL.- to- Worcester, MA. I was left stranded in Jacksonville, FL. In the middle of the night enroute to Massachusetts for a funeral, and no means to purchase a new ticket- to finish the long distance bus trip! It now runs from 4:30am till 7pm AND the route now extends all the way to FSCJ Kent Campus. That's awesome! No more racing to leave for an early (earlier than I normally eat) lunch. I took the trolley yesterday. The longest I had to wait between trolleys was 10 minutes. It is more expensive with the longer route and longer hours. $1 per each ride and they are cash only and don't take change. So, if you have any stops in between, make sure you have enough singles for each time you get back on.

We landed on time and then notified the car that we had arrived. Of note is the fact that there is a specific pick up area on the arrivals section for services like Uber to pick up their fares. Also, we are senior citizens carrying very heavy bags. The pick up line moves quite quickly. My wife was keeping track of our Uber on her phone. She was notified that the car, a Volkswagen Taos, would arrive in 9 minutes. At about the 15 minute mark, her phone showed that the car was 650 feet away. We waited and waited but no car. Then, my wife texted the driver to find out where she was. She was sitting in the waiting line way, way back from the pick up area. She then told us to walk back and find her in the line. My wife said that we were absolutely NOT going to walk back and find her. We were standing in the correct pick up area. It was her job to drive down and pick us up. We stood there patiently, and finally this white Taos came down to where we were, rolled down the back window and started to scream my wife's name, never even got out of her car to get our suitcases. My wife , hearing and seeing this ridiculous behavior, walked over and told her to forget it. In addition to being nasty, this woman had a magnetic sign on the side of the car, and when my wife asked her what it was, she said"that's my business." The name of the business was Hygiene Anonymous. We don't know what she was doing. Was she picking us up in between jobs? And what does that business have to do with Uber? We ended up getting a different service to take us home, ZTrip which was more expensive, but was sitting there and we both agreed that the driver was careful and very friendly. This is not to say we will not ever use Uber again, but this was a very bad experience.

This trip was a scenic ride from Jacksonville to Orlando for a day trip. I have to say that this experience was very nice and peaceful. I took my mom who had a great time. It was so nice not have to hassle through with luggage or go through a ton of security to ride the train. It is super convenient to be able to take your luggage on the train. I also have to mention that the price for a round trip ticket was fantastic. I will say the Jacksonville train station does look a little outdated, but I would happily use this place again to avoid traffic down to Orlando.

It was manageable. The bathrooms on the train was disgusting though. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the prices. It only cost me $19 to get a coach seat. Also beware: wifi didn't work at all on the ride.

This fee can be WAIVED if the booking is made over the phone or in person. No one at this company facilitates bookings over the phone, forcing the consumer to utilize this predatory booking software that makes all of their money through fees charged to the customer. This company doesn't pay a dime to use Fare Harbor. The booking software is free to them, and the customer pays for it through the fees. Many other alternatives do not make money this way: Bookeo, Resova, Checkfront, etc. This company doesn't have to use predatory software like fare harbor. They could pay for their software instead of forcing customers to pay for it. I have used this taxi service before for a sunset cruise. The staff is very friendly, and the boat ride is lovely. I wish they would change to a different software OR take reservations over the phone so customers wouldn't be forced to pay for their office supplies

After answering all of my questions and concerns I went in to visit their office. Shari and Sandy both are super nice ladies! My stepfather has been in and out of the hospital and rehab facilities since last April 2015, he was being discharged for home and my mother, whom just suffered from a heart attack was the only there to care for him. He is wheelchair bound, with stage 4 ulcers on his back and feet and suffering from moderate Dementia. There was no way she could do it anymore. Getting him home took some time, the hospital would call and say he was being discharged so I would set up times for the caregivers, then the hospital would cancel the discharge. This happened on several occasions, I finally broke down with Shari on the phone because I was once again cancelling their services. Finally, he made it home, his first caregiver was Robin, mom fell in love with her. She and all the rest of the people have been so understanding and loving towards my parents, we couldn't ask for better people to look after them. Currently, their services are being used 24/7 with two shifts a day. The best thing is my mom feels comfortable around them, several have even offered or cooked their meals for them. As this is a difficult situation that will ultimately end with Hospice Care I cannot say enough wonderful things about how Granny Nannies has treated our family. I will definitely remember them if the need ever arises again and would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have been extremely pleased both with their office staff and the in-home caregivers. Sandy and her office staff have been remarkably helpful, responsive, and patient in dealing with occasional last-minute schedule changes, and have also been a huge help in advocating for our needs with the long-term care insurance company when the insurance company tried to waffle about the level of care and the percentage of the costs they would pay. In the home, both Felicia and Chastity have been hardworking, trustworthy, and eternally patient in dealing with the demands of caring for very elderly, and often demanding patients. We recommend Granny Nannies without any reservations whatsoever.
