I may have paid a little more for services rendered here than I would have at my local mechanic…read more(which included an oil change, air filter, flushing of cooling and power steering systems, a few other assorted odds and ends,) but the friendly, courteous, completely non-pushy but very informed staff made it worth the experience. Very kind people at this location. The gentlemen I dealt with showed me exactly what was on his screen as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer at the mileage I was at, and assured me it was the same as what's in my manual. Sure enough, I took it out and looked while they were working and he was telling the absolute truth. He didn't once try to push a sale on me. He even recommended AGAINST some services, where it would save me money. Also gave me BOGO offers as well as some extra discounts. Five star service, for sure. Also, something to mention - they check all of your caps and dipsticks and such before closing your hood by calling out each item as being properly closed or secured. THAT was a relief, as the last place I got my oil changed at LEFT A CAP OFF and I ended up with oil ALL over my engine. *rips hair out*

I've been going here for with my Toyotas for about 10 years now and I've always had good…read moreexperiences. They've always been quick, friendly, and systematic. You can definitely find a cheaper oil change elsewhere, but being able to simply drive up with no appointment and be out of there in 15 minutes is worth the few dollars more. I'm happy to pay for the convenience as it seems everywhere else you get a time and it turns out that is just your check-in time, not the service time. It's also nice that you can see if there's a line prior to pulling in. The only thing that makes me nervous is different employees each time. It'd be nice to see familiar faces to know they're experienced, but turnover seems to be everywhere nowadays.

I just had my car worked on (SIGNIFICANTLY) and took it to Valvoline to change the transmission…read morefluid. I waited and when it was my turn, the car wouldn't start. These guys worked their butts off! Unfortunately my battery was completely dead. They tried jumping it several times. It turned out they didn't have my battery size. Because of their perseverance, ingenuity and genuine empathy for me, I was spared a tow bill, etc. They hooked a battery to it, started the car and then swapped out the old one so that I could get somewhere where they could do the battery. They went so out of their way that it is impossible to express my gratitude. I am now sitting in a garage waiting for the battery install. Rather than having them do the transmission fluid I'm going back to Southington Valvoline. It would certainly make "time sense" to have it done now--but I prefer giving business to those that value their customers.

Recently wanted to give this 5 stars, but I'm a little bummed because the guys are super nice (so i…read morethought lol) and told me what was wrong with my light being out, but, they didn't let me know they broke my light the person I was with heard it and saw something but I didn't think they wouldn't Not tell me, I finally pulled over after and sure enough it was. I get sh!t happens and it was a pain light, but I'm Not going back for that since I'm sure I'll get the run around now but also worth noting here so they could be more transparent moving forward that sucked.
