They have the old school red plastic Coca Cola cups. Very homey feel. The portions are generous and the prices are pretty reasonable for the year of our lord 2026. Joppa Fine Foods has been a fave for years when in Newburyport for breakfast, lunch, or snacking --…read morebut I'd never worked with them for an Event. WOW! They exceeded even my highest expectations! Delicious; Healthy; Gorgeous; & hard to believe such tasty food is nutritious too. I was putting together an awesome buffet for 50 midday guests at a Reception for my husband, Guest Artist June-July at Parker River National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center -- and wanted a casual, no-utensils, yet utterly delicious feast. Special sandwiches seemed perfect, so naturally Joppa Fine Foods immediately came to mind. I will cheerfully praise & recommend every item ordered. All were beautifully arranged on platters: * Fresh Fruit & Veggies/Crudités Platters; * Scrumptious Sandwiches: [big: cut in half] - Chicken Salad Wraps (house-made chicken salad, aioli, herbs & arugula] - Jambon Buerre [Prosciutto, butter, brie, arugula, baguette -- Ham with a 'tude] - Caprese sandwiches on Ciabatta [heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, oil + vinegar] Sometimes a detailed description does best justice to enthusiastic kudos! BIGtime thanks to the warm, friendly, exceedingly competent team at Joppa Fine Foods for making our reception so memorable. A few photos don't hurt either: _____________________ All items for events? You'll want to walk out of the store with everything you see from baskets to dish towels to refillable shampoo/cleaning products and all the local home-made goods you can imagine. The mother daughter owners are AWESOME and I'm so lucky to have known them from their other local endeavors, previously Goose Chase Baking and Souffles Coffee / Kitchen shop. Their taste is exquisite and they promise to source their goods from eco friendly companies. A great place to feel a little bit better about shopping for cute things and making a better impact on the environment. Bring in your own containers and fill up your cleaning suppies, beauty supplies and bathroom essentials! Hooray. This comment may not do the place enough justice for how cute it is, but just check The Boston Globe or Northshore mag to see more details. Better yet, stop in for yourself!!!!

I was impressed by the variety of seafood and how fresh everything looked. They had many different seasonings, oils, kelp goods, and sauces for sale too. In addition to the poke bowls, we also sampled their salmon bacon and smoked haddock. I wish we would've bought some of those items since they were very tasty! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!
