Don't waste your money on having a tree shipped from this farm I have had fresh cut trees from my local farms in CT every Christmas that have a lovely smell and no needles dropping and I found this farm that ships. We moved to FL and wanted to enjoy our new home with a truly fresh cut tree. The website said fresh cut shipped to your house. Upon removing the tree from the box, it shed a large amount of needles. It also had no fir smell. I immediately put it in a bucket of water hoping to revive it. The next day placed it in stand and there were needles falling all over the place. I took photos and sent email to the farm. Was told they do not ship them right away after cutting. Buyer beware. Didn't get a replacement but requested a partial refund instead of getting another tree with same issue. Instead of making it right, owner was not accepting his error with proper customer service he felt 27.00 refund was acceptable after I paid 123.00. Get a tree from a box store, don't waste your money. Also, his emails to me seemed he was actually offended instead of apologetic. read more

The owner is a gaslighting harrasser. I disputed the charge because he would not work with me. He mocked me and laughed at me and told me i was the problem. The tree was half dead and never drank water and lost entire branches daily. I told him i opened the dispute and asked him not to contact me again. He of course responded telling me not to contact him. No problem! Fast forward i lost the dispute with affirm because there is no refund policy on the site and now the seller is emailing me again! Talking down to me and rubbing it in that he won the dispute and then accused me of just wanting a free tree!! I only wanted a partial refund as i was unable to send back and get a replacement because i had a holiday party 2 days from when i received it. He accused me of slamming his business on google and yelp and yes i did the yelp review because you cannot put a google review! And the only way to review on the website is to email the review and no way this guy is letting a negative one get posted. Then the guy who accused me of wanting a free tree offers me a free tree next year!!! Like i would ever accept that! I responded and told him not to contact me that this is harassment as I have already told him not to contact me anymore and that i only did a yelp review and he proceeded to email me again calling me a nut job. I emailed final time stating do not contact me again. If he continues i will contact a lawyer this is absurd he won the dispute there is no need to email me 3 times in one night! read more

If you want a Christmas tree this place is about on par with just about everywhere else. The kids who worked the tree area were wicked nice and helpful. They lose points for the place being a bit run down and their incessant need to display pro-Trump messaging. They are within their rights obviously, but it would be obnoxious even if I agreed with their politics. They seem to be courting the circle the wagons, pro-insurrection crowd as their market. Stopped in on a Thursday night after checking and confirming website and hours with clerk that they would be open until 8:30... Arrived at 8:02 to be told they have closed for the night refusing to serve. Spoke to a girl who claimed to be the manager. I don't think I have ever dealt with anybody more rude in retail lately. Will really have to give it 2nd or 3rd thought as to whether ever going back there for business again. This is not the 1st time having had a problem with the people that work there. read more

Terribly run business. I was charged nearly $20 for a frappe and medium ice cream; something that cost $9.20 a week prior. Only noticed due to what my credit card statement was showing. This occurred on 6/26. I called on 6/27, explained the situation including leaving my name and number to talk with the owner which I was told would call me back the following day. No call. I called on 6/29 in the morning and in the afternoon, left my information again both times and was told the owner would call me when they arrived that day. No call. Called a final time today, 6/30, to the same song and dance. Conveniently, I didn't need to leave my information since mentioning my name the employee knew exactly what this was about. Horribly run business, the owner needs to improve how they run their business and not rob people blindly. At this point, I've filed a credit card dispute which they've already credited me back. The credit card companies response time: 30 seconds. Dandi-lyons response time: 4 days and counting. Not going back to them again, I'll spend my money down the street at Mac's Dairy Farm in Tewksbury where they don't steal from people and refuse to even call back. read more

Went to get ice cream on Saturday 5/8 at 1:00 and was told they don't start serving ice cream till 3:00, that is crazy for a weekend.

I love this place! Prices are reasonable and their soft serve is so yummy. We love to bring our dog and hang out on the picnic benches with our ice cream. The service is friendly and fast. Really excited to come here in the summer! read more

For the past 5 years, ive had dandi-lyons run flowers over to my mom who works across the street, every valentines day. I explained who she was ( by name ) and where she worked. This year when I called the girl was rude to me on the phone saying: "We are very busy, we dont take orders over the phone and, we dont deliver..." Being shocked I just hung up the phone. When I called back, I asked to speak with a manager. It was the lady I had just spoken with when I previously called. I began explaining to her that I do this every year for my mom and that she would be very dissapointed if she didn't get anything. She moaned and groaned, sighing, ect. Then I told her what time she left and she just kept saying "oh my god, oh my god". At this point I had had enough. I said "just forget it, you apparently dont want to do it so just forget it" and hung up the phone. Ive been a professional florist for over 12 years. I am the manager of a florist department in a major supermarket chain and I would NEVER do this to a customer. Ever. I pride myself on every customer that walks through my door and go the extra mile for each and every one...especially on a day such as this. Apparent;ly they do not. read more

Disappointed. Just went to get a slush and they only had a few weird flavors left because the season is ending. I asked when they were closing and she said probably 1st week in October. If their not closing for almost a month why would they be out of almost all slush??! They only have 1 gross frozen yogurt flavor which almost everywhere has tons of flavors now. Their prices aren't bad which is why I still gave them 3 stars but we ended up going to Mac's down the street and were very happy :) read more

I've been coming to Dandi-Lyons for my ice cream forever. It's my favorite local ice cream business for two reasons. First, their prices are by far the lowest which works great when I go there with my whole family. They also have an endless menu to choose from such as numerous hard ice cream flavors, soft serve, slush, frappes, and more. read more

Fantastic soft serve. The hot fudge sundae is particularly good. Try the dandi-ice (ice cream/slush). Great prices.
