No. Just no. The room looked NOTHING like the ones on the website. The paint peeling off bottom baseboards. Filthy windows. No AC.....which it was December, but still, there was no circulating air. Asked for a fan, received a VERY dirty, nasty fan. Found hairs all over the sheets. The hallways leading to the rooms were filthy. Black mold in showers. Just gross. Our room floors kept snagging our feet, as the sides of the floor are peeling upward on edges. Hallway carpets needed a good vacuuming. Weird, gross stains on curtains. Needs a good deep cleaning. Barely had room to turn around in the room, which i expected the room to be small, but I don't think I was quite prepared for this. Also there is construction going on next door and our room was right beside it. I thoughti qas going to lose my mind. The room is not "soundproof" as they advertise, as we could hear talking from the front desk area as well. Unfortunately, I had suffered 2 injuries on the flight into the UK, so i was confined to a wheelchair. My husband had no way to push me And our luggage, so we asked the night crew if we could have someone help us roll our luggage across the street to the train station in which we were taking to Paris. They agreed. The MANAGER told us they would have someone get us and our luggage there. The train station is literally acoss the street. The young man that was supposed to be helping us (keep in mind we were offering to pay extra and were going to give him a huge tip for just walking luggage across the street) REFUSED to help us. So my husband had to take me across to the train station and then come back TWICE for the luggage. Staff are useless. Even though it's close to the train station, it's still not worth the money read more
