Great service! Worth the price for a mobile service. Brittnee arrived in a timely manner and was professional and courteous.

Quick, efficient and super easy to deal with. We'll worth the fee to have someone come to you.

I have been a regular customer of this UPS Store in La Verne and have used this location many…read moretimes, which makes today's experience especially disappointing. I came in to return two Amazon items and learned that these particular returns required printed labels. I was told the store could print them for a fee, and when I asked about the cost, I was told it would be $3.50 or I could simply print them at home and come back. I said that was fine and that I would do that. The issue came when I was then told that one of my returns could not be shipped back in the clear bag it arrived in and would need different packaging. I pointed out that the item had actually been shipped to me in that exact bag and showed the original shipping label still attached to it. Instead of simply explaining the policy professionally, the employee shrugged, rolled her eyes, and responded with an attitude. When I called out the unnecessary attitude, a gentleman came over and asked if he could help. I asked if he was the manager, and he told me he was the owner. I explained that there was clearly a need for customer-service training. At that point, the employee actually responded, in front of the owner, "You gave me attitude first." That response pretty much summed up the entire problem. Customers may misunderstand a policy, question a charge, or ask why packaging that was acceptable for delivery isn't acceptable for a return. An employee can explain those things politely. Rolling your eyes, becoming defensive, and arguing with a customer is entirely different. What was most disappointing was that this happened in front of the owner and there was no meaningful attempt to correct the situation or de-escalate it. Businesses spend a great deal of time and money earning customers and building loyalty. It can take one interaction like this to lose one. After regularly choosing this location, I will not be returning. There are simply too many other places to do business where basic courtesy and professionalism are still considered important.
