This was news to me since every other UPS Store has taken my returns without requiring an additional box. When I said I could purchase one, the employee told me to grab a plastic bag/envelope. At checkout, the charge was almost $5 for a plastic bag. When I asked if that price was correct, he just nodded. I also asked if he was the owner, and he said his family owns the store. I went to the back with Marian to get the photo captured but she said there was a shadow because of the poor lighting. She suggested I just get a refund and go elsewhere like Walgreens for the photos. I agreed because I didn't want my photos to be rejected. There was 2 ladies working including the one helping me. A man had come in with a package but he was not able to be helped in time (he probably waited 10 minutes) so he walked out. I heard the other worker say their coworker was going to be late because her dr appointment was in OC. Overall my experience here was fine and convenient. I think I got here at a good time (9:45 am) when it wasn't busy. I may have not had time to wait otherwise since they were low in staff this morning.
