My husband ordered a cake for my birthday this year... it was supposed to be a wine bottle, it looks like a ketchup bottle. Second the cake was supposed to be chocolate, they did vanilla. Third was the filling, it's cookies and cream, it tastes sour and soapy. My husband did express he was not happy with the way it looked and they did nothing but shrug at him. We will never ever again support there business, we will go elsewhere. Last time I checked this isn't how you run a businesses. read more

They did an amazing job on our Vegan half sheet vanilla and chocolate. The cake tasted amazing and the icing was extremely good. But the cupcakes took it to next level - out of this world !! Vanilla raspberry filling vanilla icing and were VEGAN never would've guessed. Thank you for accommodating vegans! Easy to order and quick communication via email. They're hour and half away but so worth it I will only get cakes from here moving forward. read more

First of all, I am an internet marketing specialist. I can tell right off the bat that the negative reviews I am seeing are all bots. The cake is moist, and delicious. We sent them a photo from Facebook, and they made it happen. The chocolate was moist, and the icing was very good with a nice flavor and no over-sweet too dang sugary taste. We were very happy with the artwork and the the flavor. read more

I've been a customer at The Cake Pros since I moved to the area in 2015 and I am always impressed by their cakes, pastries, and coffees. Their quiche is a favorite of mine and I am looking forward to trying their "latte chocolate ball" tomorrow as my morning coffee! We have gotten birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies, it's all so good. The artistry of the cakes and cupcakes they make is out of this world. Plus, Eileen always gives cookies for my girls! They genuinely care about us and I love coming in to see them too! read more

never disappointed when I stop in for some baked goods and bubble tea. I really appreciate the fact they have gluten free and vegan options as well! read more

Had my last birthday cake done here. A bit on the sweet side, but the consistency, flavor and decoration was fantastic. Would definitely recommend! Very Tasty! read more

Will never ever buy a cake or anything else from this store again. I would rather drive 100 miles to another bakery than have to eat cake like this ever again - dry and sugary, have never had anything this bad. The owner was incredibly rude as were the others working there. read more

Best bakery in Schuylkill County and the sweetest owners around!!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!

The cake pros really gave our wedding day a sweet ending! We had a beautiful cake with fresh strawberry filling and various desserts at the wedding and not only did they taste phenomenal, the Cake Pros crew was wonderful at setting everything up and decorating it. My favorite thing they make, however is scones. There aren't a lot of places here that truly make a great scone, but they are an exception. I always go out of my way to stop by the Schuylkill Haven shop when I'm even remotely in the area (I live 1.5 hrs away). For the wedding, we indulged in a fun tray of their mini scones for both the shower and day-of-wedding brunch. Yum!! Thank you, Cake Pros, for being such a great partner in making this union special. read more

Now I cannot attest to the condition of their shop, their bathrooms, the staff or the owner. I can't say anything about cleanliness or modern accoutrements however I can weigh in on the yumminess of the little desserts that were gifted to me in a delightful pink box today. Filled with cake, tiny pies, homemade Tandy cake desserts and a wonderful generous serving of a peach fruit dessert. I am not normally wowed by pastries and desserts but I have to say that everything I had a spoonful or a fork full of was sheer delight! If I ever find myself in their neck of the woods, I will certainly drop by and give them my business. The fact that they are Christian folks is just a bonus in my opinion. read more

I had the pleasure of having The Cake Pros create the perfect cake for my wedding. The flavors and design was spot on. I would HIGHLY recommend The Cake Pros to anyone who wants a quality product at an affordable price. Thank you Eileen and Crew. read more

Incredibly dry cake with way too much sugar. I guess it was their diabetes special.

Got numerous cakes here and they were all great... Will be ordering my sons B-day cake in a few weeks.... Highly recommend ! ! !

The Cake Pros help to make celebrations extra special. They can take a general idea, and make the most spectacular cake. Even more important, they are friendly and give back to the community. My daughter asks to go to The Cake Pros due to the friendly bakery and yummy treats. They have made a variety of cakes and desserts for us, and we have loved every one! read more

Great service - maybe better described as conscientious service. I love the pink strips on the parking lot and all of the different treats at reasonable prices. read more

Upon ordering a 1/2 sheet birthday cake, I was asked a theme & favorite color. I said sunflowers & teal, but the teal won't look good unless it's a darker teal. Arrived to pick up cake week later, the decorator brought the cake out in a box & opened the box for me to find a totally white cake with a sunflower head in each of the corners of the cake, the birthday greeting took up practically the whole cake & was a bright teal! No imagination was used to decorate this cake which was very generic!!! I've seen more professionally decorated cakes at Weis Markets!!! Owner of Cake Pros should be more active in the decorating process to make sure that cakes are decorated as professionally as they advertise & charge! I would suggest thinking outside the box. Very disappointed. read more

Had a birthday cake from Cake Pros and it was some of the best tasting cake we ever had, in addition to a great external presentation.

i want to cry. i asked for whipped icing and they gave me regular icing. this might be the worst birthday i ever had. but the came decorations were pretty at least. im really bummed out that everyone can enjoy the cake except me read more

Updating my review just to keep it fresh. I recently ordered a cake for my Mom's retirement party and was NOT disappointed! The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Everyone at the party raved about the cake. I got the traditional frosting with strawberry swirl cake. This is probably the 6th or 7th cake I've ordered from Cake Pros and I continue to be a happy customer. read more

The management is very friendly and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Cakes are always moist and very tasty better than any store bought. Their decorating is amazing most times as good as what you can find in magazines but be ready to pay for it. If you can afford it, it is well worth it. My problem now is that my family only wants cakes from Cake Pros!! The first reviews you see are from previous owner whom I believe passed on the recipes which were fabulous. Is there any anti social attachments to these reviews, I think possibly!!!!!! NEW OWNER'S PRODUCT IS SUPERB!! read more

My best friend had a cake and cupcakes ordered for her wedding. I felt they were absolutely delicious and everyone loved them. My favorite had a delicious raspberry filling. My friend also started to panic a bit before the wedding and ordered a bunch of cupcakes a head of time just to be sure she still liked them lol. The staff was more than accommodating for her favor. read more

The absolute worst cake I have ever had...avoid at all cost. Speaking of which they are WAY overpriced.

Got a piece of cake and coffee; very good. Not a big coffee drinker, but this was very tasty.

i was a pastry chef for 20 years in some excellent bucks county restaurants. stay away from this place. too sweet, too dense, sometimes too dry. you're better off buying from a supermarket. read more
