My personal favorites are the ones that are filled. Yep, filled. Holy caramel goodness inside a delicious chocolate cupcake... I seriously don't even have words to describe the goodness. There's one called Black Gold. My personal favorite. Mocha cupcake (also caramel filled) is a close second! They also sell cookie dough, which I haven't had, but heard is also yummy.
