This restaurant is located in the Harrah's casino. They have a large menu and reasonable daily prices. I ordered the basic American breakfast and the service was good. Nice cool atmosphere. All the food was tasty, hot, and made fresh to order. They have a robot that brings the food to your table. I will definitely eat there again when I go back.

This will be your best option here at Harrahs especially if you have more than one person in your party. There are seasonal options depending on the month and season of the year. The most popular item tbh is the garlic shrimp pasta and it makes sense because it hits every time you are craving it. The burger is pretty good here too. As someone who is on a salt restriction, I usually just ask things for no seasoning/no butter if I can, and they can usually accommodate. The service can depend on the rush, so don't be too quick to judge based on it. They can be short staffed at random times, but honestly they are really kind and considerate people who love serving others and easy to talk to and love. We haven't had troublesome workers ever. The ambiance is like a moderate to teeny bit fancy diner-esque type of place. It is pretty chill in here. No dress code vibe. People have come dressed up for Mother's Day brunch vibes or in swimwear with covers/tank tops with board shorts and their floaties from the lazy river. When I'm in the mood for wings, I get naked wings with sauce on the side. Their blue cheese dressing is delicious. The wings are naked naked like no salty flavor or anything which I can appreciate a plain palette/canvas so that I can go as liberal or not with sauces. They are quick to refill your cups/coffee. :)

Stayed at the resort and checked out this place for lunch. They have robots that play music while they run your food to the table! They serve breakfast all day and have lunch/dinner options. A little pricey, $20 each, but good sized portions. Sandwiches can come with tater tots or truffle fries. My BLT had lots of bacon so I felt as though I got my moneys worth. The turkey club is stacked with extra bread. The fries don't really have a strong Parmesan truffle flavor but were cooked really well! I would eat here again if I stayed at the casino.

The wasn't that bad we order a chicken salad and chicken pasta with mushrooms. The service was a little slow overall but okay. The ambience inside was average noise since it's inside the casino. Overall I would go again and try different items.

Came to have breakfast here at the café and surprisingly it was really good for a casino restaurant the food had really good taste and we got really good service.

The breakfast was, to put it mildly, mediocre. The sausage tasted awful, and it was an exorbitant $75 to have it delivered to our room. I fail to comprehend how a resort of such high caliber can provide such subpar food.

This is our go to breakfast spot at Harrah's. If you are a Caesar's rewards player make sure to bring your players card, as you can use your points to pay. Great variety of choices for breakfast and lunch. You can choose from regular burger fries type meals to healthy choices as well. We chose a healthy california scramble and fruit. But if you choose to load up on tater tots they are really good as well. The line can be long as prime time, and sometimes it takes a bit long for service, but overall the food is great and sometimes if you are lucky it will get delivered by a robot!

chicken fingers: golden fried chicken tenders with dipping sauce = $16

3.5 stars This Harrah's casino is really lacking in dining options. The Café is a tier above the fast casual offerings and is way more affordable than Hell's Kitchen. Honestly, it gives diner vibes. Though they do offer a myriad of menu items, we stuck with pretty basic things: -chicken fingers ($16): golden fried chicken tenders with dipping sauce -turkey club ($20): roasted turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mayo + your choice of cheese Honestly, everything was pretty solid. They also use beer battered fries which I really like. Overall, both entrees tasted like room service in the best way possible. Good, but not great and a little relieved that it's not overpriced.

The café at Harrah's Resort & Casino in Funner, CA is clean, nicely decorated, and has a welcoming vibe at first glance. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the setting. Service was good, but definitely not great. Our server was polite but came by at least three separate times to ask if we were ready to order while we were still reading the menu which made us feel rushed. Then, once our food arrived I don't think we saw her again until she dropped off the check. It felt like we were being hurried along without much attention afterward. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich ($20), which was a letdown. The chicken was slightly burnt on one side and really burnt on the other side (the thin side) and tasted overcooked. The "hot honey" seemed to be a mix of Sriracha and honey, which didn't have much flavor beyond heat. They also added a green chili aioli, which I would normally be excited about, but it just didn't pair well with the rest of the sandwich and there was too much slathered on. My friend got the steak sandwich and said it was good, while another friend ordered a burger and added mushrooms, which cost an extra $5, bringing her burger to a jaw dropping $25! She said it was just okay, not worth the price tag by any means. All in all, the café is a decent place to grab a bite if you're already at Harrah's and don't want to leave the property. But if you have any other dining options available, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Overall a disappointment.

Me and my wife come here a lot before but I didn't get the chance to review the place. As far as i can remember, their food for me was just average, from the taste, the preparation and the service. Kinda more like an ihop and denny's type of food. So we stopped coming here for years. A couple of weeks ago, we got a chance to stay in harrahs again for 2 nights,, one morning we decided to come here again and have some good 'ol american breakfast. We had the avocado toast with sausage and the berry explosion french toast. We loved it! Portions are really big. The staff are really friendly here and the place is really clean.

Fish & chips... and shrimp!

Yes, the food here is expensive but Caesars rewards members can use rewards credits to pay. Service was great, as the employees were nice & attentive. The cafe was not busy at all on a Sunday night. We were immediately seated in a booth, and our meals arrived shortly after ordering. My son had bolognese pasta, hubby had the frisco burger (which I had a bite of, and was delicious!) and I opted for the fish and chips and shrimp. It was all freshly fried without being overly greasy. Our meals were tasty, portioned perfectly, and definitely hit the spot after an afternoon at the pool.

This place is actually surprisingly pretty good! Ambiance is a diner vibe and the service is very quick and kind! The food was actually great especially after a day of swimming and gambling their brookie so delicious i would highly reccomend it along with the loaded tots with steak!

We had the Filet mignon, spiced lamb chops, potato puree and Mac and cheese as well as starting with the bread platter and ending with the sticky toffee pudding. Both the lamb and filet mignon was cooked perfectly and they basically melted in your mouth. The potatoes were so smooth and delicious, and the mac and cheese was some of the best I've had. The sticky toffee pudding was something I was skeptical of, but it being chef Ramsay's specialty I was keen to try it and was happy I did, it was quite delicious and it's description of ingredients don't do the flavor justice, I would highly recommend anyone try it. Our server was George, and I am so happy we ended up with him as our server. He has a great personality and was happy to talk to us and joke with us over the course of dinner and was always prompt about our needs and to updating us on the status of our food. A member of the management by the name of Moona came around to talk to us and she was incredibly sweet and happy and eager to hear our feedback. The ambiance is exactly what you would expect of a restaurant by Gordon Ramsay. Modern, simple, but extremely nice. Overall I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to anyone who has their eye on this place. The food is an amazing experience and the staff work overtime to make the experience unforgettable.

Elementa is a perfect compliment to Bar Meets Grill and Anila's. The wine options, glass or bottle aided by Abraham, are top quality. Bread appetizer well done. Cesar Salad is a specialty with bacon accents and perfect dressing. Had the 14-oz Australian wagyu beed for likely the 20th time with twice baked potato, cooked perfectly at medium rare, always flavorful and consistent. A test of a great place is consistent quality, and Elementa passes with flying colors. Full, found room for the creme brulee somehow, coffee, and ended a great night with among the best in hosts and servers. Elementa has received some negative comments on portion size and complicated dishes. Neither has merit. Like any restaurant, there are large or smaller entrees, but in a French restaurant with the richness of the food excessive size is not a plus as quantity is not the measure, quality is. And the salad, appetizers, steaks and other items are large. What you order makes a difference, but portion size is no criticism. Nor are selection options anything but perfect. This is French fine dining, not a hot dog at Grab N Go. The choices cover everything possible, lobster, fish, steak, pork, chicken, at times rabbit and other specials dones with such unique combinations you cannot believe the food good be this perfect, but it is the quality, the taste, unique preparation as in the special soup which sets the place apart. It is fine dining at its best, incredible chefs and food options, and a place to go and enjoy and defer the criticisms to those who have a right to them just as those of us who think the place is high quality do. I am often at Pala. Love the people at this casino which, like the restaurants, brings me back. I often dine at Bar Meets Grill, and on alternate nights will try Elementa though Anila's is excellent as an Italian option which challenges my choice. A nice problem to have. Pala is blessed to have three quality fine dining options, and Elementa offers that with a difference ambiance. All are great, the people there great, and something to experience.

We waited a long time for our meals, and while we tried to be patient, it didn't make up for the cold food that arrived at the table. Both my daughter and I ordered the steak and frites medium rare, but they came out well done. To make matters worse, they were cold. My partner had the Cajun pasta, which just tasted like bland Alfredo--no Cajun flavor at all. My son had the sliders, which were completely dry and overcooked. No one checked on our meals, so we finally had to flag someone down to let them know. They did bring us one properly cooked steak and frites, but we realized it was supposed to have goat cheese on all of them, and it was only on the replacement dish. Then, we saw the musician order a beer. He was surprised he was being charged and said he needed to get money from his tip jar. We were appalled and offered to cover the beer, as this just wasn't good service, but the staff was unapologetic. They didn't offer any comp for our food--just the one replacement meal. Later, the manager came by and seemed surprised when I mentioned the two overcooked meals, even though I had already informed them. On the bright side, the dessert was actually pretty good. But all in all, the experience was not what we expected for a special evening, and we won't be returning.

The kitchen staff was working well with the busing staff and the weight staff. It was really nice to see the harmony. The staff was incredibly pleasant and energetic. Our meal was very decent. The plain burger was good and better quality meat than across the street. The Caesar salad with shrimp was very large portion. There were only four shrimp, but they were generously sized and cooked perfectly. Enjoyed the variety of options in the menu and everyone in there seemed to be having a good time. We will definitely be coming back again next time we are in Borrego Springs. Special kudos to the crew that was working that night. They were awesome.
