The staff is really friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face and constantly said hello. It was very welcoming. The Trail house and art studio are great additions to the property. You can't take art classes or rent equipment for hikes or bike rides. In both spaces the people are very knowledgeable. Food choices are good. They have coffee shop with a variety of snacks and a couple restaurants. The pool is nice and the tennis bc outta and pickleball courts couldn't have a more scenic view. The Bad - The rooms are pretty dated. They need an upgrade at those prices. I had a patio to sit on but didn't have any chairs on the patio so I couldn't really use it. The room was dark and dim. No soft close toilet seat. Bathroom products were pretty average. Food prices are out of control. I realize it's a resort and we are a captive audience, bit please don't make things grossly overpriced. Don't pay for a private biking tour. Go yourself. The prices for those are outrageous. Download All Trails and go it on your own. Otherwise homes are going to run you $350 per person. That's just not worth it unless you middle name is "moneybags".

Amy and Adam were so easy to work with and provided so much help throughout our planning period. The space is so beautiful and turned out to be the most perfect, picturesque day. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfasts were fabulous!

I was torn between giving this place three or four stars. If they had 3.5 stars I would've give…read morethat. We Stayed here for three days. My biggest complaint is the bed in the honeymoon suit. As you see in the pictures, the mattress did not fit in the bed frame and I thought that was a very tacky and unsafe. It was about a 6 inch gap all around and I was afraid that I would forget and step wrong and hurt myself. Also, the chair in the master bedroom Had a screw poking out that was uncomfortable so we did not use that chair. Lastly the only meat options on the breakfast menu was a chicken sausage, and it was very sweet like maple and I personally did not enjoy it. Now that I have told you my dislikes, here are my likes. The scenery was beautiful! We did the honeymoon suite and each door in it (the bathroom, bedroom, and living room each had a door that opened up to the patio/outside.) listening to the creek was nice! They have a gazebo as well and seating on the porch with blankets. They have a microwave and mini fridge and they provided grapes when we arrived. Day 2 they provided cute little chocolate mousse desserts. For a refresh/turndown, you text the concierge. The tub was big and deep definitely fit 2 people. It's my understanding that the honeymoon suit is the only one with the separate living room/bathroom/bedroom set up. I liked the space and separate rooms, which is why we picked this particular room (Also, just an FYI, looking at the pictures online, it looks like the furniture in the honeymoon suite is outdated/Victorian style compared to the other rooms that they have, but expected this going in because I looked at the photos ahead of time). I would consider coming back here, but for the price, the mattress needs to fit the bed frame

Housekeeping did a great job keeping our rooms clean and stocked. And the restaurant host was very welcoming. The hotel is super dog friendly, with treats and water bowls available in the lobby. The valet parking is included and they are quick to retrieve the cars. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was nice and hot, even in 40 degree weather! It also has a great view of the red rocks. The sauna is included but it didn't get as hot as I had hoped. The room we stayed in was very spacious and had all the essentials. The patio doors opened up to a grassy area, perfect for our pup to go potty. The bed and pillows were comfy! Overall a great stay and would go return any time!

Jose at the front desk was jovial and efficient. There was hot cider in the lobby one day and got chocolate the next. And coffee every morning. The pool and outdoor area are spectacular! Great views, will maintained. And then you walk down to the creek! Our room was spacious and clean and quite well appointed. This was our 2nd annual girls weekend after the stress of the holiday. I hope to see you many more years.
