Each dish was tasty and you could taste the care & love that went into creating the meals. Everyone was blown away by each dish served. There was also a person at the event with specific dietary restrictions and that was addressed and special care was taken to provide an alternative that met their restrictions but gave them the same delicious meal those of us without the restrictions had. They also made plenty of the alternative in case any of the rest of us wanted to try it and the alternative was as tasty as the other food. It couldn't have been more perfect! Bonnie of Rosalie's was the backbone for the entire event. She helped us with the rentals, choosing the linens, colors, you name it! Her patience to walk us through the process was truly sincere. This was a tremendous help to us because we elected to not hire a wedding planner. Her experience truly showed during the 5 1/2 hours we had at the venue. If you are planning a wedding in Sedona or anywhere around the area, you must work with Rosalie's of Sedona. Lori was truly lovely to work with and didn't make me feel ignorant about the process even though I 100% was. They came into our house stocked like the Marines ready to get it done. They prepared passed appetizers for an hour and then did a plated meal. Delicious and so elevated! LisaBeth was our main server and she made sure those with allergies were given TLC and she managed our water, ice, and wine table with precision. They were kind enough to do all of the dishes even though we had not paid for that time. I think a first time planner should know that there will be additional fees for staff and large rentals (chafing dishes, etc.). I didn't factor this in at the beginning but, of course, it totally made sense. I only wish I had a life where I had more catered events coming up as everything was so lovely and now I want to try all of the foods that I didn't have the opportunity to add to our event menu.

The Amici menu is so diverse and the prices are really reasonable. My daughter wanted light snacks with some protein for an 11am start. The frittatas were yummy and the sausage and bacon were gone within 20 minutes of opening the lid.
