She joined us at our Airbnb and created the most thoughtful, delicious, decadent and somehow still healthy meal. We started the meal with an herbal infused mocktail that delighted all when it changed color with a squeeze of lime. Cashew crema elote, jackfruit tacos, hearts of palm salad, mushroom scallops over a carrot puree and SO much more followed .. I could never do justice to the deliciousness and beauty of what she created. Trust me, just hire this woman and her skills will blow your mind. She was also just a joy to spend time with and added all these sweet and thoughtful touches to our experience. Would absolutely hire her again for a future event!

The only thing that was a "regional dish" from Sedona were cactus fries, they were ok, the aioli was delicious. Plain cheesecake for dessert. Both were spot-on with every detail and suggestions, which made choosing The Cabin an easy decision. Once we selected the venue, the team was responsive and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We especially loved having the flexibility to bring in our own decor to match the bride and groom's vision perfectly. The venue itself was exactly the vibe we were looking for -- intimate, rustic and first class. In the heart of Uptown, but not on the main road! The food and drinks were outstanding across the board, from hors d'oeuvres to the buffet, beverages, and desserts -- truly all five-star quality! The staff went above and beyond and were always eager to please. The outdoor and covered patio's were perfect for our dancing celebration. The heaters were a great touch and definitely came in handy with the breeze we experienced. Overall, if we had to do it all over again, we would choose The Cabin without hesitation. Thank you, thank you!
