I can't recommend Ben Shor enough! After years hassling with my books, endless hours spent getting nowhere, and hiring someone else who left them in a mess, I was at my wits end. Then I found Ben and he was fantastic - he went through every problem area with me, trained me on how to do my books correctly, and is there for ongoing support. When I first bought my business, I had some "training" that resulted in doing a lot of things manually, and it was way more complicated than it needed to be. Ben, without being pushy, asked questions about why I did things the way I did, and if it was necessary to do them that way as it wasn't correct bookkeeping. I really thought about it for the first time, and realized that no, it wasn't necessary to spend hours doing things the hard way. Ben is knowledgeable, patient and organized. I have hired others to help me with my Quickbooks only to realize they do not know their way around a MAC.
