So first time here and Crema is amazing! Our server was Heather and she was absolutely the kindest…read moreperson and very knowledgeable of the menu. The highlight was the "homemade" juices with their Mimosa flights. We talked to the owner who said all juices are made from the fruit and from scratch. The peach and berry mimosas were 11/10!! The bartender also made a special Flight for us with canelope, vanilla orange and berry! vanilla orange was just perfect and not too sweet! You seriously gotta try this!!! Ok so for meals we had the ham benedict with their homemade, light hollandaise sauce, breakfast tacos w their cheesy hash browns as a side (amazing) and ALS a breakfast sandwiche which was perfect. The food came out fast and was made to perfection. This place is MUST for b fast and mimosas or cocktails. Great job guys, your a hidden gem!

We were staying at the Tavern Hotel and received vouchers for either a pastry or a discount. When I saw chilaquiles on the menu, we decided to sit down for a meal. As mentioned, the staff, including our waitress, were very friendly. We sat in a covered outdoor area, which had a nice, airy vibe with umbrellas, plants and colors. Overall, the food was pretty good. The chilaquiles were on point. The only thing I would change would be adding a bit more hollandaise sauce to the classic country ham Benedict. You could taste the freshness of the ham, but as a Benedict, it needed more hollandaise. Was I disappointed? Not at all. I would still recommend this place to anyone visiting Cottonwood.

I don't think you could go wrong with anything you order here. I have been told that their breakfast burrito is incredible. I have not tried it yet You order at the counter and pick up yourself. The service has always been kind and courteous. The place has your typical BBQ joint vibe. The outside tables can get pretty sticky, so watch out for that

Here at COLT Grill I had The Filly, a salad the menu described as "romaine, walnuts, pears, cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, cranberry vinaigrette". I opted for the "small" ($8.50) over the" large" ($13) and it was a beautiful salad both in presentation and taste. But the salad portion of the menu also said one could "add chicken or smoked turkey" ($4) or "add beef brisket" ($5) and I did. Did you just tell me I could get a perfect, tasty, ample salad with a separate, robust and delicious side of BBQ beef brisket for $13.50? I wasn't just ready to fly to Arizona; I was ready to move to Cottonwood. This meal was delicious. A "small platter of smoked brisket" ($14.50) was enjoyed equally by another at my table but, with my bowlful of brisket, I paid little attention to that other meal. My attention instead was aimed at a nearby table's indulgence in the smoked Mac-n-cheese ($4.75) and Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Bread ($4). Jealous I was, for I had no room for anything more. What a winner. COLT Grill might be half the reason I return to this area in the future.
