Yes on a Friday my family and I decided to place mobile order for pig out food service. You can either use their website go online or text using your phone of what you want to order where you are and what do you want it if you're picking it up or if you want to delivered you have that option. Their prices are fair and on point for the area. They do provide delivery depending on the amount of food you going to order and your location has to be within the 50 mile radius. My mom ordered the three meets meal with sticky rice My son had the chicken teriyaki with lo mein noodles and I have the barbecue beef pork ribs with sticky rice. We highly recommend you check them out when available if you're doing a big order for baby shower a small party a birthday dinner party and you want somebody else to do the cooking go ahead call them they also cater as well as long as you give them a heads up and there are open from Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. they are closed on the weekends on Saturdays and Sundays. This is an at-home kitchen setup where you place your order online and choose a pickup time. When you arrive at the location, you call the number listed on the webpage and they bring your food out to you. When I got there, the owner actually approached my car while they were taking out a catering order and asked if I was there to pick up. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, so the service was great. The food itself is a really nice mix of Hmong flavors and barbecue. Everything I tried was flavorful and the meats were tender. The chili pepper that came with the meal definitely had a kick and was spicy, but a great addition if you like heat. I tried quite a variety of items. The crispy pork belly was perfectly crispy and delicious, and the smoked pork belly was also very flavorful. The smoked Hmong sausage was good, and the ribs were tender, flavorful, and definitely something I would recommend as well. My favorite, though, was the brisket with mac and cheese. That dish leaned more toward traditional barbecue with the sauce and mac, and the brisket was incredibly tender. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pig Out if you're looking for quality takeout with big portions and great flavor. I was shocked. I asked why his total didn't match my receipt, and he claimed the difference was an additional delivery fee. I told him I had already been charged a $15 delivery fee, as clearly shown on my receipt. Why was I being charged a second one? He couldn't explain it and called his "manager," Cathleen. He even tried to say that the higher price came from the restaurant, which was simply not true. At that point, I told him it felt like a big scam and that I wanted to refuse the order. He claimed it was the restaurant charging a 4% fee which was BS. I was not about to pay nearly $90 (plus tip!) for something that should have been $77. Suddenly, they claimed it was an "error" and removed some charges. This whole interaction was extremely shady and a terrible way to start my vacation. My order was so simple and they made it so complicated with whatever bogus charge they were trying to charge me. It was clearly a scam. Be very careful with this delivery service and the driver Steven. Double-check what they charge you before paying, or better yet--pick up your food yourself to avoid the hassle. Prices should be transparent, and customers should not be shown made-up totals on someone's phone calculator. I will NOT be using this service again and have already reported the issue to the front desk where I'm staying. They treat their customers like they are completely stupid or something. I was given a total $12 higher than my receipt (before tip), initially told the difference was a delivery fee despite already having been charged one, and then received shifting explanations from the delivery person until I refused the order. First he said it was a delivery fee, then a credit card fee, and finally claimed the restaurant charges a 4% fee. I was extremely frustrated and had to challenge the total multiple times before it was corrected. Being shown a made-up total on a phone calculator is not a simple misunderstanding -- it's a major red flag. My review is a warning to others and accurately reflects my experience.
