Find another law office…read more They are very responsive when setting up the estate, but when the time comes and the trusters have passed, forget it. They are quick to take your retainer, but after that don't expect any communication without multiple calls and emails. Then, it's excuses. They told us it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get a letter drafted to send out. After 5 weeks, we have not seen a single draft and have received no response to our multiple requests for a status. My next step if I don't hear back after todays voicemails will be looking in to how to file a complaint with the state bar association.
