They are quick to take your retainer, but after that don't expect any communication without multiple calls and emails. Then, it's excuses. They told us it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get a letter drafted to send out. After 5 weeks, we have not seen a single draft and have received no response to our multiple requests for a status. My next step if I don't hear back after todays voicemails will be looking in to how to file a complaint with the state bar association.
