The property includes the main house/office, a working chicken coup, a stocked pond for fishing, fields, and river access. We really enjoyed our stay. The couple that runs the place (I've forgotten their name already) is very nice; she even made us chocolate chip cookies. They also have various animal friends - two kittens, Mighty the horse (plus two others whose names I never learned) and Jessie the dog, who instantly took to my five year old, following him around for all of the two days. The setting is wonderful in itself, and not far from Bryce Canyon. It's hard to say much bad about this place, it's a little close to the road (but it doesnt really diminish the setting) and I couldnt figure out what the $100 cleaning fee was for All in all a great place, noone in our party wanted to leave

There are three twins size beds, a futon, and a queen. Pretty well stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of wood, and extra folding chairs for relaxing outside. Instead of having Emily's gourmet pancakes or waffles, which my husband loved, I requested egg whites and slice of whole wheat toast and iced coffee With nonfat milk! They provided all with a smile instead of an eye roll. Felt spoiled and grateful. Emily and Joe are loving parent to 3 sons and have a menagerie of indoor and outdoor farm pets! All adding to the charm of the place. The bedroom was small but comfortable and very clean. Parking is great. The best part was having conversations with this couple and learning how they juggle their many activities and responsibilities. They are awesome.

It helped to keep our hike snacks and drinks, and our leftover pizza from the Pizza Place next door. The owners, are a 40 something couple, who have really put a great deal of effort into the aesthetic details of this place. The home is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath, aprox 1200sqft. Every room is remarkable, The kitchen was stocked with basics like coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and spices. The living room is large and comfortable. There is a large flat screen tv apointed with netflix and cable....lots of options. The master has a flat screen fireplace in addition to a tv. Master bath, has a large modern soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. I had the opportunity to chat with one of the owners, he expressed knowledge in guiding game hunts in the area. Additionally he solved my lack of fishing license problem by allowing me access to a couple of his private trout ponds to introduce my daughter to flyfishing. It may not seem like a big deal, but its experiences like this that create warm lasting memories, thanks a bunch! All in all a great experience, I would definitely return.
