I noticed thick layers of dust on the light fixtures directly above our food, and the floor was littered with old napkins and trash. It felt deeply unhygienic. Unfortunately, the food was borderline inedible. Everything we ordered arrived lukewarm and tasted completely stale. The main dish was swimming in grease, severely over-salted, and clearly spent too much time under a heat lamp. It tasted like lazy, low-quality microwaved food.
