My last 2 experiences were absolutely terrible. You can expect having to ASK for a washer or dryer…read morebecause the owners do all their other businesses laundry there and use EVERY SINGLE WASHER AND DRYER even in the middle of the day... As a paying customer thats absolutely ridiculous. A rolling cart? Forget about it. They use them all. I started going here due to the fact its the cheapest one around and has a lot of machines. The owners shouldn't be using all of the machines especially when you have a bunch of customers. They use all the tables, carts and machines. Youd think they would use their brains and maybe use half of everything so that THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS CAN USE THE BUSINESS..or better yet DO IT OVERNIGHT. I will never be going there again and ill be sure to let everyone I know who uses a laundry mat, to NEVER go here!

Someone related to the owner or one of the owners takes up every machine in the place to do laundry for what I'm assuming is a camp. It's ridiculous that he's doing this during the daytime. The place is open24 hours a day, come do it like 8:00pm when no one's there. It's so frustrating as a regular to have to deal with this. It's really inconsiderate. He'd do it on Mondays so we switched to Tuesday and guess what he was there Tuesday afternoon too. We ended up having to take our wet laundry to another laundromat because there wasn't a single one open . He'd take them as soon as they were emptied. Not a great way to run a business to let your customers have to put up with this.
