I verbally COMPLAINED to the RN in charge of Rehab she needs to be on a Dash Diet in which I was told BEFORE she arrived that Excelcare would honor her diet which they did NOT listen! Also this Rehab did NOT give my mom a shower Mondays and Thursday even after complaining night after night!!!! "IF" I did NOT complain to the RN in person, this Rehab would NOT have given my mom one, UNACCEPTABLE!!! You need to provide your own camera!
