You always see a ton of cars parked in front of this place around dinner time, so I went here one night to see what it was all about.
Unfortunately I wasn't particularly impressed with any of the food I was served. I tried the fried calamari entree with some barra for my main, and while there was nothing wrong with the food neither dish rated above 'average'. This is disappointing considering how costly the food is here. For less than half of what I paid at Bridge Seafoods I could have gotten the same food at Fish @ Chancellor and it would have been twice as good.
One thing I noticed, however, was that most of the locals were only ordering the fresh prawns. So maybe that's the real draw here. Possibly I'll make another visit to find out at some point. read more
