One was Robert who was at the order desk, he helped me find the area were my vintage lamped could be serviced. He instructed me where to go and when I went in the wrong direction he led me to the correct area. Also the gentleman who actually fixed my lamp. He was working on some project but he set it aside to examine my lamp. In 5 minutes he had it fixed. My fear was that he was going to say that it was unfixable. Unforetunatly I did not get his name.
