I had originally reviewed highly but unfortunately I have to dock them seriously now that I've been in the house. Less than 1 year after moving in I noticed they had missed two places on my house where there was no kick flashing installed. This is a common mistake in roofing and causes huge water damage over time. I was a first time homebuyer so I didn't know to check for it. Now that I do, it is obvious that it was missing. Believe it or not, I read about this very thing on home inspection websites. The siding and wall of the house where it was missing is completely rotted and was at the time of inspection. The inspection experience was great so I will keep a star, however failing to inspect the siding/roof thoroughly will cost me about 7k. Professionals should have done better. I could have negotiated down during purchase. Now it's cash out of my pocket. My advice to you - get your new house inspected twice. Inspectors make mistakes and you will have no recourse after settlement. read more

We had a great experience with Jordan and Isiah, who crawled through every inch of our house. It is an older home (1920's), so the inspection report is quite long, but I really appreciated how they helped me think through a plan of attack for the most important things, down to "this should be addressed but it's not immediate." They also showed me several DIY tricks that will save me money on maintaining my HVAC system. If you are thinking about selling your home, or had to buy your home without an inspection, I would say this type of inspection is money well spent. They were on time, wore masks, wore shoe covers while inside, and the report was comprehensive with photos, captions, and easy-to-follow recommendations. I had no idea that the inspection came with a free subscription to a "home binder". Jordan captured the model and serial numbers of all our systems for me. Jordan did an excellent job with our home inspection. I was unable to attend the actual, physical inspection but with his thorough report I feel like I was there! He went above and beyond to include additional links and contact information that would allow us to inquire about possible recalls of certain appliances in the house, as well as included links to the owners manuals and other info to all of the appliances in the house. Amazing! His photos were professional and clear and the report was very thorough, easy-to-follow, well-organized and concise.
