We found the inspection process to be very careless and did not take the time to really inspect important items like HVAC and roof.

As a first time homebuyer, this was my first time working with a home inspector. Pro Spex has set…read morethe bar high. My inspector Jed was as thorough as they come and was able to provide a really detailed inspection report. I fill more confident knowing what I'm getting into with buying the home after Jed's inspection.

Just speaking on my experiance with this company. So unprofessional, they should have left things…read morelike they found them. we found valances thaat clip on to the top of blinds left off blinds left up. he claims the pull string was broken. well lets see he pushed it up to open and it stayed so maybe it is the kind that has no strings. we had to go throughout the house and put things back in there place. We have lived year 7 years never had a problem with our jacuzzi he claims it is tripping the breaker well I turned the breaker off that he turned off and ran it for 2 hours it never tripped. took pic of inside of the garage, well we are moving at the end of the month and 75% of the house is packed up so yes everything that is ready to move is there. i could almost write a short story on the things that are are jacked up in this report. I had a professional electrician do the wiring so i know it s correct and they are saying it is not. to much to say, so i would not recommend them even to someone I did not like. Final thought, Put things back like you found them that is basic 101 common cuortesy.
