His price was extremely competitive and he was the first person to respond when I looked for inspectors on Yelp. Not only was he the first to respond but he also responded almost immediately when I had questions about setting up the inspection, what I should expect, how to pay, when I would get my report, etc. I also looked on-line and found a sample report: I impressed by it. Andrew called me immediately after the inspection and gave me the highlights of everything he found. He answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. The next morning I found the complete inspection report in my email with photos, comments, suggestions where changes or updates were recommended. I had two questions regarding the report. I asked the questions on Yelp and had answers in my in-box within 3 minutes! I am going into this "blind" condo purchase feeling so much more confident thanks to Andrew. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again.

When the inspection was over he provided us with a home maintenance manual and information regarding a security system because the previous owners did not have one.
