EVERY transition piece they installed and fixed and reinstalled came loose and popped up. Riser step pieces popped right off again and again because they did not use adhesive. They neither consulted nor advised me about not using adhesive. They were responsive and amenable as far as fixing mistakes but their fixes were only temporary. Nothing they fixed stayed fixed. I have extensive photo documentation of this amateurish install.

Did a great job explaining what needed to be done, fit us into his schedule, and finished the job well. Appreciated that he understood that we could do some of the work ourselves and didn't try to push us into an expensive outcome! He also has a great sense of humor!
