I was unable to do the job myself after a few attempts, so I called Bob, the owner of Wash Well Company. He called me back that same day (rare!), and sent a team, Brandon and Andrew, two days later. They changed the filter, showed me how to do it myself, and left two extra filters and silicone. Brandon saw that the water pressure gauge was not working properly, and after some diagnostics, discovered the storage tank was no good, and needed replacement. He gave me an estimate, which turned out to be accurate. They were unable to do the job that same day due to scheduling, but made sure I had water until they returned the next morning, and did the work in about an hour. Brandon and Andrew were polite, efficient, and professional, and left the area clean. I had called another well company in the area prior to Well Wash, and the owner told me I just needed to change the filter myself. I am so glad that I called Bob at Well Wash, the problem would have cost much more had it not been discovered by professionals. I finally reached out to Cota & Cota, seeing that they offered plumbing services. They said they typically only provided those services to gas customers (we were buying from Bob's), but I told them we were desperate, so they agreed to help. They showed up within 24 hours every time I called (which was at least five times over one summer) to get patch work done. Eventually, we decided on doing a full pipe replacement. They completed that work in 48 hours, and they did so despite a low electrical current running through the pipes thanks to dome DIY wiring the previous owners did and decided not to tell us about. We still need a new filtration system to reduce the acidity of our well water, but we now have functional pipes (mostly plastic). As far as I'm concerned, this company saved our home, and we are forever grateful.
