Chris M was very helpful today. I had purchased a sectional that once the final section arrived, after some miscommunications. It did not fit the space. He helped me pick out a new couch and an awesome recliner chair, in the colour I wanted. All for a lower price then the sectional! We were very disappointed with The Brick, dates received for delivery were not the dates that our appliances were delivered, the dates kept getting pushed out. Eventually when our fridge arrived it was damaged with a big scratch on the front and the water / ice did not work. We are still waiting on a new fridge, one month later. We tried to call the numbers provided and it was impossible to get a hold of someone. My husband had to drive to the store to be able to speak with someone, when he arrived there was only one guy there and he could not help us, he took our number and told my husband a manager would call us back. We were told by the delivery driver we would receive a call that day to start the process on getting it replaced, when my husband spoke to the manager days later they were not even aware our fridge was delivered damaged! This also happened to us 3 years ago with our stove in our old house, it came damaged. There is no one at the end of the phone to help - as returning customers we will not be using this company again and would not recommend. read more

Chris M. was very helpful in helping me purchase two beds. He explained things well and answered all of my questions. Never having had an adjustable bed explained how it worked. Looked at several different ones and was not pushed into a certain one. Chris did find several discounts and there was even a free package. Chris was very pleasant to work with. Do not buy a Galanz product. My daughter had problems with her new fridge within weeks of purchase. The Brick referred her to Galanz service and they had her jumping through hoops and standing on her head trying to locate obscure serial numbers. She did all that, has phoned Galanz repeatedly and now the warranty is expiring - no doubt this was the intention at onset. The product is not worth the price and the service is much, much worse. read more

The Brick is by far the worst company to ever try and do a return to or make a warranty claim. All other retailers have normal/standard return policies, the Brick does not. If you search the internet for complaints etc you will see thousands of people complaining about the same thing. In 2018 the Competition Bureau found the Brick guilty of Scrupulous Marketing. Don't be a victim when their are so many other retailers who have normal/standard return policies etc. read more

We were very pleased with the service the The Brick offered us. We were disappointed in a living room set we purchased, and had absolutely no trouble at all returning our set.
