Hi , I would like to say this branch is perfect place in hole Vancouver. They are very organized and very very on time for delivery. I bought a dishwasher from this store, they email and texted me one day before delivery to let me know about the time they do delivery. on day delivery, driver called me ahead 3 hours before, to give me estimate time. They were very polite and nice people. Package was clean and covered by plastic. I am very happy with them and would recommend %100 to everyone get things they need from this branch.

I did file a complaint on the brick Website and left my contact info yet only contact was a generic email asking if the issue is resolved. I am asking you if your complaint department only follow up by asking if issues resolved without taking any measures to resolve the issue how on earth you expect to see any changes or update in the situation

Words cant describe how disappointed my family and I are over our Appliance purchases. We ordered appliances for our new house in June 2021 to be sure we would have everything for moving into our new home. We managed to get everything but our Eye level oven/microwave. We were not informed till the rest of our appliances were delivered that the oven we ordered had been discontinued and we would have to purchase different. The problem was we were moving into a pre fabricated house and the Rough in sizes for the appliances had all been complete. They only had 1 other oven with the same opening and it was $3000 more and not available till 1 month after moving in! When we go to move in we move all our appliances in the packaging so we don't damage them and when we open our fridge one of the doors is dented so bad you notice it as soon as you walk in. They would not do anything about it because we did not report it in 48hours. How are we suppose to report something we cant see? We cannot take of the protection packaging while it is stored otherwise it would get wrecked. After a month of living and a multiple phone calls to solve our fridge problem and find out a delivery date for our oven (without any success) they call to tell us the oven will not be here for another 4 month! They did not offer any apologies or anyway to help. Just a simple you and your family will have to continue using a toaster oven to heat your food. Will never buy from the brick again. I understand things can get delayed but we were patient the entire time and never got upset over the phone but still my wife and I were treated poorly when we called and never got offered any help other than an email address to corporate that never responded no matter how many emails we sent.

now that is a real ottoman lol

We ordered two expensive leather loveseats with an extra cost of "White Glove" installation. The delivery people were unable to properly install one component or rectify another defective part and asked that we contact customer service. Customer service put us through the hoops of sending in multiple photos and then demanding a serial number before advising us that they would order parts. Then we get a text saying that they are shipping the parts to our home and indicated that we are to install them ourselves. This after paying for the supposed "White Glove" service. Now dealing with "Jenny" who, in spite of multiple requests, will not reach out to the store by phone so we can talk to the store manager and, instead, says she has emailed the store. I would recommend that if the first installation is inadequate, refuse the delivery and have them pack it up and send it back and make them try again. And...by the way....still waiting for a phone call from the store manager. Use Ashley Furniture at your own risk.

After about a month I called to see what was going on but they had no idea what the problem was. Kept asking me to describe the issue but I didn't see it and don't know. She read the report and said she would have someone be in touch and send out the parts. They sent the parts to ME!!! Now I had to go get them from the carrier service. After another month I again phoned them and they said they would send someone out to do the repairs. Another day I had to sit around waiting for their service. He drilled some new holes and blew the wood onto my carpet. Very nice. He didn't use anything that came in the parts box. I showed him some manufacturers defects that could be fixed with a colored pen but he didn't have one, said it should be fixed by a professional. He took pictures and again I was told that someone would be in touch. After over another month I again called and she insisted that I send her pictures. After a five minute argument she discovered that they had the pictures the last guy took. I told her I didn't want to waist another day waiting for someone to fix this new furniture and to just send the pen. She refused and the best they would do is give me a $20,00 refund. Yup, you read that right, $20.00. on a $7000.00 purchase. I'm not sure why they won't send a touch up pen, maybe it costs $21.00??? I now wish I had read the reviews of this AMERICAN company before walking into this store. Hopefully this helps the next person from being a victim of these unscrupulous vendors.

We purchased a sectional sofa…read morefrom Muse & Merchant recently, after a long search with lots of in-store testing and speaking to many stores' associates. After the couch arrives we very quickly started to experience some problems. We are not very happy with the couch quality or the customer service. The first issue we noticed was the cushion stuffing. The two corner cushions were clearly much less filled than the rest. They were saggy and deflated from day 1. Within a couple days of receipt we called the store and the rep IMMEDIATELY went into a rehearsed reply that this is not covered by warranty because feather couches need regular maintenance such as weekly flipping. Excuse me, but did you not hear us that we got the couch two days ago? The next issue we experience within the first week or two were the constant feathers poking through the fabric. The feathers they use are very small and the points are really pointy and scratchy, making the couch very uncomfortable. If we don't pick and pull the feathers out every time we sit against one, it's really an unpleasant seat. We started resorting to putting thick blankets under us, defeating the purpose of our beautiful new couch. A tech finally came to look at things and they restuffed our cushions, but he said he couldn't do anything about the feathers because we had already done the right thing and selected a premium fabric with a backing that was designed to prevent feathers from poking through. His advice was to just pick out the feathers that do poke through. We're unsure how that will affect the fabric and the full long term but I suppose we will have to live with it.

I sent the store an email with pictures. I had not heard back so I called the sales clerk. She said yes this is normal did you look at the floor model? WTF..... I asked if I can get some of the pillows refilled as they are flat now. She said we would have to see. As you can see the feathers are all over the floor. I won't go back to have them refilled I will take it some where else.

Finished product not as expected: warped table tops and wrong colour…read more We were excited to find a place that made custom solid wood pieces, and locally! Unfortunately, we are sadly disappointed with our experience here. When we sat in the showroom and discussed with the salesperson the design of the coffee and end tables, we sat down on the display couch which is the same model as we have in our home. We specified that we were ordering the tables to match the couch and said that our couch legs were espresso (as per their couch on display). The salesperson wrote espresso on the order; however, neglected to offer to show us a colour sample to select from, which would clearly show that their espresso was a different colour. When we received it, not only was the colour wrong, but the table tops were warped. I have photos showing the extensive warping and the colour mismatch. However, Yelp has removed the photos as it is against their guidelines for me to post photos which support my review. I do still have the photos available. They said they would have the builder fix the warping, but that we would have to pay for the restaining of the tables! All in all, the owner, Blair, rectified their errors. They added supports within the tabletops to correct the warping. Although Blair was not present at the time the salesperson took our order, he passes the colour error onto us. Unfortunately when we ordered our tables the salesperson did not have a system in place confirming that we had seen and received a colour sample. Our sign off was simply agreeing to "espresso" written by the salesperson on the quote and invoice. In the end, we paid an additional $168 to have the colour corrected for both of the tables. This amount was more than what was originally quoted to us, as there was no mention of a custom stain charge at the time we placed our order.

After a couple weeks pass by we are finally ready to make our purchase, a locally made Stylus sectional. The price was a bit better than other places we checked out that sold Stylus. We mainly worked with Garreth, who seemed to be still a little new as he had to go to the boss for some of our questions. No big deal because I'd rather him do that than give us incorrect information. After we we decided on fabric, we were told that the fabric might potentially be on back order. Sure enough, a few days later we get a call indicating that the fabric is on back order and that we would have to wait a few months unless we go for another fabric. We didn't like any of the other fabrics so we decided to wait. When speaking to Garreth over the phone, he did say sometimes the fabric does come in early. I didn't believe it, but to our surprise, the sofa was ready a few weeks before the estimated date they gave us. I'm not sure how much of that is Stylus actually receiving the fabric earlier than expected, or Creative over estimating the date. Maybe both. Either way, we were happy. The only thing I would take a star off on is a little bit of disorganization. We came in twice and made our purchase the second visit. A month later I received a call from the boss asking if we're still interested in the sofa. Well... we already ordered it and at this point, it was well past the date we were notified that it would be on back order. I think she was following up from our first visit, but it should have been noted that we already came back and made the purchase. They also took down both my and my wife's phone number. So every time they called us, they called us twice. We'd be at home and my wife would take the call. Then right after, they would call me. Or they would leave her a voice mail and then call me saying the exact same thing. I don't know, maybe some people prefer that, but it's a bit redundant if we're living in the same household. Overall, the service and quality of product is pretty good here. I would recommend it if you're willing to spend a bit more to get a quality product as all their furniture is solid wood.
