I've seen chiros in Akron, Barberton, and even the downtown St. Louis area but none have compared to this. He is so kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and so laid back. They pride themselves on not feeling the "white lab coat syndrome" and let's be real, no one likes that. Instead, his office is warm and comfortable. It's laid-back and easy-going. I look forward to going in not only because I feel so comfortable, but because I look forward to seeing Dr. Budny and his amazing secretary! (I think her name is Christy... I'm horrible with names so I'm sorry if you're reading this!) The conversations I've had with both of them have brightened my day and made a serious impression on me. They are fantastic. Wow and in all of this I haven't mentioned what might be most important! HE IS A MAGICIAN. He really knows what he's doing and I always leave feeling so much better than I did going in. Dr Budny listened to my issues, worked with me consistently for a few weeks to get me comfortable again and now I go in for maintenance. He is personable, relatable, and a joy to converse with. If you are looking for a new age, high tech office, this one is not for you. If you are looking for a down to earth doctor who adjusts you and helps alleviate your pain, then this is the place for you. Every time I walk in, they make me feel at home.

I have gone to Dr Brownstein in Bloomfield Hills Michigan previously ( he is good and rather famous and I recommend his newsletter) but it is a long way to go. Dr. Sonnie follows in the same tradition, but is near to home. Holistic doctors are more about curing the condition than just treating the symptoms which I find typical in hospitals like the Cleveland Clinic which I also go to.

These men and women were 100% hands down dead wrong; I was suffering and dying because my doctors wouldn't treat the cause of my problems. Unfortunately, I was forced to take it upon myself to fly out of state (which was Massachusetts at the time) to an MD who would know what he was talking about. Dr. Clifford Sonnie is that man. I received immediate, friendly care from everyone at that office. They gave me tests I requested and didn't force tests on me. After receiving IV treatment, the results strengthened my health after the first hour. Dr. Sonnie has found the main enemy to my health and he is blowing it away. I became sick when I lived in Germany years ago. Somehow, I was contaminated by heavy metals. The 1930s Germans developed Chelation therapy to treat their own workers who were contaminated. Perhaps I lived on top of what was once a factory? I'm taking great medicine that appears to be working. One problem I've had daily for years has virtually disappeared overnight. I have no regrets about the expenses incurred for the trip. It was worth it. I'm going back for more treatment soon!

I've tried CBT, Art therapy, Counseling, and just about every medicine under the sun during that time with little to no results. I was convinced I was just going to have to live a life of unexplainable sadness and anxiety. Then I stumbled across Alternative Therapeutics and learned about neurofeedback. After speaking with a doctor there and doing a little research I decided to give it a go. This was the best decision I've ever made and the results were nothing short of a miracle. They taught me mindful meditation, controlled breathing and performed neurofeedback on me twice a week for ten weeks. Upon completion of these 20 sessions my sleep schedule was now normal and consistent, with very little fatigue during the day. This was a huge change as I was previously sleeping 12 hrs a night and tired ALL day. I was missing out on a lot of my life and just going through the motions. This is no more, I sleep 7-8 hours a night and feel energetic ALL day. I was also very sad without any real reason the majority of the time and feeling hopeless. This slowly subsided over our time together to the point that I have absolutely zero symptoms of my depression. This was a first in 10 years!!!! One year later I am still completely symptom free from my depression. I was able to get off of all the medication I was taking, which was exhilarating for me and helped me lose 65lbs. Weight that the medicine put on me. I think of my life on two timelines now, BNF (Before Neurofeedback) and ANF (After Neurofeedback) because the two are like night and day. The staff here is highly intelligent, dedicated, and compassionate. They made me feel very comfortable and were wonderful at explaining and guiding me through this process. I highly recommend their services to anyone struggling with depression and anxiety!
