She booked my appointment for the next day. Dr. Angela greeted me when I walked in early. Her smile is as gorgeous and ready as everyone says. She's incredibly nice. She took me right away even though I was pretty early. She listened to me carefully and really paid attention to my concerns. Then she gave me a treatment that WORKED! I'm soooooo much better today! The facility is pleasant and comfortable with a kind of "we're all in this together" attitude. Patients are comfortable talking to each other and sharing experiences. One of the things I really appreciate is that, depending on the injury, they start the therapy session with 10 minutes or so with a heating pad. It really made it easier for my muscles to stretch during therapy with heat first. They also have a massage therapist available. A massage after therapy cut down on pain and stiffness for me. I saw Talia both before and after rotator cuff surgery and experienced very, very little pain after surgery. Even my surgeon was surprised. I can not recommend them enough. They do a wonderful job!

Matching your therapy needs to a precise well schooled seasoned physical therapist for those needs is one of your crucial and critical choices. I live across the street from Southwest General. Hospital and I could walk there, but I chose to go all the way out to Hinckley and get my therapy with Dr. Trish Strazar. It has been my experience at two other locations that any old physical therapist will do and thats just not true because every time both of those places changed my therapist for one reason or another that replacement didnt have a clue where I was -where we left off -what I was being seen for and how far along my therapy was. For this current session of physical therapy, it is extremely important for me to stay with the location in Hinckley and with Dr. Trish because she knows me, she remembers from week to week or appointment or appointment where we left off, what I need to do and what she needs to change/add/remove. For me any old physical therapist will not do because they're not all, "all that". Staying with the same therapist from start to finish makes sense and healing works better that way. I'm very happy with the Hinckley operation the front desk, the staff on the phone, the treatment I get and especially and specifically with Dr. Trish Strazar. It did work for me and I was told by my Top Surgeon I would never be able to Walk Again and Given a wheel chair. My Surgeon who is Well Renowned was dead wrong. He is with a Major Hospital. It took a lot of time and effort but was well worth it because I am pain free and able to walk and Not Lay in Some Bed at a care facility. I do my exercises every day and learned to enjoy them.
