They showed up late on day of move. ANATOLI and other guys name cant remember seemed to be too positive right from the start. The two guys showed up on time and at first I was nervous becuase they didn't say very much, but hey, you don't need their personalitlies to move. They worked dilegently and didn't take a lunch break (they worked 10 - 3:30) and only charged me for 4.5 hours. Their hourly rate is $100 an hour which is $50 less than what seems to be the average rate. They wrapped all my stuff that could be scratched and were super careful. I would highly recommend.

They were prompt to provide a quote - which was a good price in comparison to 3 other companies I contacted. The movers arrived exactly on time, and loaded the truck quickly and carefully. They were very polite and pleasant to deal with. They unloaded the truck quickly on the Fredericton end, and reassembled some items and moved items around to my liking before they left. They were excellent at problem-solving when one item looked a bit large to navigate a turn in the stairs. Overall, I could not ask for anything more. Thanks!

The movers in Ontario who came up to Ottawa for a small fee, will equally courteous, efficient and organized. Overall I am satisfied with MTS moving. Moving is stressful, MTS moving has the procedures and structure to reduce the stress with the clear online tools, notifications and follow up prior pick up and prior delivery. If there was to be any misunderstanding, it would be cleared out rather quickly and the transport went smoothly. They do have a minimum weight for their services, just be aware of that and take into account the coordination and logistics needed for cross country moving. I wanted something cost efficient and avoid some of the headaches and worry that come with other movers. I got my quote and booked it early before the Hormuz war, so they honoured the rates per the quote as opposed to now, the time of execution, where rates and fuel prices has gone up. Looking forward to unpack and rewind!

I asked the lead whether they got the tip, to my surprise, he said "no"...so I tipped them...and inquire about the tipping policy...another surprise...the company responded...the tip goes to movers and office staff?????? A mandatory tip going to office staff!?!?!? My thinking is, do these mandatory tips goes toward the hourly rate for the movers? Hope not, but it is for sure something I would be very wary of...
