I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be. I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.
