Had a party, contacted them about a month in advance since it was Memorial Day weekend, but I didn't have to do any follow up because they do it all! I received a text the day of stating they were on their way, dropped the bouncer off, set it up and cleaned it all! You attach the water hose to jumper and water sprays when kids slide down attachment on jumper would not stay attached to hose so it never worked. I called a few times to let them know, no response. While reading the information I saw they are fully insured for injury. We scheduled a reservation a week before the event and the process was seamless. They arrived right on time at 9:45am, unpacked and inflated the waterslide. While it was being inflated they were sanitizing it again to ensure it was completely clean. When booking the waterslide you don't think about sanitizing it, how it was stored or transported. This power couple literally does it all and their passion and heart for their items and their business is second to none. I was super excited to get a water slide for my Son's birthday party, I wanted the biggest one I could find since my son and his friends are almost teens., and oh boy did I get my wish. The slide was huge and was set up quickly, the service was very good and pricing very reasonable. The only thing that I didn't really like was that my husband was instructed to empty out the pool to get it ready for pick up, I mean I get it it makes it easier and faster for the slide to be taken down. We rented the big 30ft slide with slip and slide runout for my sons 5th Bday and it was awesome. By the time the slide was up at 8:30am, it was used non-stop by not only the kids, but the parents as well...... Until 7:30pm!!!! I called and spoke with Karel Taska on 10/01/2018 requesting the Double lane large combo he advised me that the price was 165 however since I lived in corona the I get 20.00 off making the price 145.00. He followed up with me via text the next day asking if I wanted the jumper I advised him that since he picks the jumpers up around 7pm that I would not need it the 8 hours because our party did not start till 3:30pm. At this time Karel had text me that he would discount it 20.00 because I was only using the unit for 5 hours to me this total would equal 125.00. So today when I text him I was willing to pay 120.00 he advised the total price was 130.00 and the way he came up with this is because he normally sells the unit for 150.00 within corona he was taking the 20.00 off that price not the 145.00 we already agreed to. Finally I advised its not about 5 - 10 dollars its about the prices he gave he should stick to. I eventually told him fine ill pay the 130.00 however I would share this part of my experience with my fellow Yelp reviewers. Mr Taska replied that he did not want to take the job if I was going to "write a negative review because of a misunderstanding through text on yelp and effect my lively for my company and my children which I have worked so hard for, I don't need the job that bad" I then replied "If you take the job and do the outstanding work you say you do I will also include that in my review". With all that being said I wish I could have experienced the great customer service he says he gives for myself however he did not take the job. Just any FYI for everyone his main seller is that he is insured be advised I've done the research and most these companies now are insured.
