The flowers and arrangements are gorgeous, the people are kind, and there is nothing better than supporting a local small business. You will not be disappointed. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for a very special lady. I had several specific requests (peach…read moreroses, light pink alstroemeria, peach mini carnations, lavender asters, lavender daisy spray chrysanthemums, raspberry sinuata statice, huckleberry, dusty miller); the owner mentioned that two of the items (e.g. huckleberry) were not available, but they would be able to accommodate my order and create a nice Mother's Day themed bouquet, including peach roses and most of the rest. I felt confident that they could deliver on my request for the $78.90 that I gave them. The bouquet arrived on the scheduled arrival day. But what arrived was very different from what I requested. It was a funeral-themed bouquet of white roses, unopened garish fuschia lillies, and an assortment of flowers at various stages of death and decay. I understand if their supplies were stretched thin over the holiday, but then they shouldn't have taken my order or told me they could deliver. They said that they would call me back and make things right. A week later, this is still unresolved. I'm in the process of getting some different flowers for my mom to make up for this. Huge disappointment.

A friend of mine was in a traffic accident and finally made it home from the hospital. With the…read morelong days ahead during his recovery, I realized his family and health providers would be taking care of him. While flowers and cards filled with well-wishes greeted him at the hospital, once people return home, the flowers fade and the cards get put away. Since I don't live in the area, a week or so after his hospital stay, I contacted Main Street Floral Shop by phone. I spoke with a lady who was able to put together a nice arrangement in my price range. Everything went well and delivery was scheduled. Shortly thereafter, I received a text message from my friend telling me that the flowers had arrived. I am sure he was surprised to get them, but as I explained, they were more for the people that are currently caring for him. It never hurts to do something nice for someone, especially in time of need. Folks, I am glad to support local Mom and Pop businesses that do such a great job of providing services to our community. Main Street Floral Shop deserves your business! I highly recommend.

Literally minutes prior to the memorial starting we were waiting for the flowers to arrive. One of the 2 hydrangea baskets NEVER ARRIVED, and the one that did, was a geranium instead of what was ordered. When we called to discuss this, all they could say was sorry, we will deliver the missing arrangement TODAY?!? If your business is to make and sell flowers, how do you mess up that bad and not compensate an already grieving family for this?!? This is truly unacceptable service and we will let everyone we know how dissatisfied we are with your services and lack of making an order to request. You can clearly see that even the flowers in the vase are very scarce compared to what we expected. Not only did she block me from their Facebook page after leaving a review... It appears she deleted the page altogether.

Unbelievable. I ordered a "premium" arrangement for my Thanksgiving dinner table. I will post a…read morephoto of what I paid $130 for below vs what was delivered. But I was shocked. If I had ordered these as a gift, I would be MORTIFIED. It looks nothing like the photos. It contains lilies and FOUR of the larger roses. FOUR total. The photo on the website shows six roses just on one side of the arrangement! I called Teleflora immediately upon receiving this pathetic arrangement, and they will issue me a credit, but wow... you can see that this PREMIUM arrangement was tiny and looked nothing like the photo. It isn't even a matter of "substitutions may be made in the event we don't have the exact flowers" because this issue goes WAY beyond that. They shorted me on a bunch of roses, they substituted cheap spring flowers instead of choosing flowers of comparable price in the correct color scheme, they apparently didn't have the fall leaves or the berries... it's ridiculous. Looks nothing like the photo. If you can't fulfill the Teleflora order, then reject it. Don't take it and then scam someone out of what they paid for. This is absolutely egregious. Because we ordered it to be delivered to ourselves for our dinner table, we knew what was ordered and what to expect. But I immediately went to leave a review after calling Teleflora, because potential customers should know... if you're paying a premium to send a generous gift of flowers to someone you care about, do not use this shop. You will be embarrassed. I would be mortified if I'd sent these as a gift.
