We used The Booth Bus for our son's wedding at The Mountain Terrace in Woodside. We, along with our family and friend, had a fantastic experience from our first inquiry to the last photo taken at our event. The Booth Bus Team provided top notch FUN and friendly service and our guests commented that it was their favorite photo booth experience ever. They even made the extra effort to customize the photo strips to match the wedding invitation design. Very nice touch! We can't wait for an excuse to use them again! read more

We had such a great experience using The Booth Bus for our 4/23/2022 wedding! The team made the process super easy from the beginning until the day of. Our guests had so much fun taking pictures in the bus and the operation was seamless. We were able to "park" the bus prior to the event so guests could see it and have it as a fun decoration, then have it operational for the party! It is so adorable and chic. Also, the released the copies of all of the photos to us very quickly. The Booth Bus is such a fun addition to any event, and guests love to take these home with them. The Booth Bus team also works with you to customize the background for your photo strip by matching your invitation suite (or whatever you want). read more

My clients are so excited to have The Booth Bus at their wedding in August. Anthony was AMAZING! He took the time to hop on a call with us and answer some questions for the Bride & Groom. We worked with Anthony to have the VW photo bus at our wedding this July. He was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the design of our photo strips. The booth bus was a huge hit with our guests, and we were impressed by the quality of the digital images. The VW photo booth bus actually ended up being the backdrop of one of our favorite photos taken of us at the wedding! Needless to say, we could not recommend Anthony or The Booth Bus enough! read more

The most adorable little bus! We had the BoothBus peeps at our company party and they were absolutely great to work with! A few emails exchanged, lots of questions answered, and some customization later.. the cute little bus showed up at our event early and was set up before the guests arrived, what a sight! The lit up sign definitely catches everyone's attention, and with its cute set-up, you'll have to fend off strangers pretending to be you just so they can get into it. As a self-declared picture aficionada, I have my collection of booth strips and I have to admit the bus might be the best way of taking pictures yet! A little roomier than a standard booth, a little more intimate than a standing one, and way more fun than a pro photo studio! It's a win win! Our event was in SF, so it seems like these guys definitely travel all over the extended bay area, so don't let the location deter you! All the fun comes with a slightly higher price than your little indoor booth, so if you have the space and extra budget, and want to make a statement, definitely go with the bus! *honk honk* read more

The Booth Bus - let's get the party started - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me

The Booth Bus really made our wedding memorable and great. All of our guests loved it so much and it really was one of the main reasons our wedding was so much fun. From the beginning, the customer service and experience is top notch. Anthony is quick to respond and is extremely helpful and informative with any questions you may have. He even had experience with our venue which made everything so much easier. The Booth Bus is a bit pricer than conventional booths, but the value added makes it worth it. It really is such a unique and fun way to do photo booths at a wedding. It also really contributes to a beautiful and elegant aesthetic for an outdoor wedding. I can't recommend the Booth Bus enough and am so happy to have had them be a part of our wedding. read more

I knew I wanted a Photo booth at my wedding but it wasn't until we got engaged that I knew which one I needed: The Booth Bus! My family owns Nestldown and we wanted to have the bus parked in a spot that would keep guests in another spot, not just the bar or barn!! Anthony was my contact throughout the whole process and our "attendant" on the day, he was nothing short of spectacular the WHOLE TIME!! His communication via email is amazing and very thorough and leading up to the event, he makes sure you are completely prepped and set for the day. He worked really hard to make a perfect and customized photo strip for our wedding!! On the day of, he was a super friendly face! Right away he came up and gave me the biggest hug. Everyone had a blast!! There was a line at many points because our family and friends couldn't wait to get in and take a photo. They all mentioned that it was the best idea!! We questioned whether to get a photo book or just the extra strips and the book is a MUST!!!! The day after our wedding, we went through a fully filled book (which I have never seen before in all the weddings I have worked) and got to laugh and enjoy photos of our family and friends and in moments that we weren't able to see! I would highly recommend and strongly encourage going with the Booth Bus! Nothing but a 10 out of 5 star experience! Thank you for all you did: Booth Bus and especially, Anthony!! 09.07.18 Diana and Kyle Einfalt read more

I would highly recommend the Booth Bus for your wedding or event! Anthony was super friendly and communicative throughout the whole planning process. They really go above and beyond to personalize the experience, from the photo strips to the music played inside the photobooth. And the VW Photo Bus itself is adorable! 10/10 would recommend! read more

THE BEST. The Booth Bus was such a great addition and truly made our guest's experince so so fun. Anthony & Jose & the team was so easy to work with, the props were awesome, and such a quick photo turnaround. We also had the option of a guest book for the photo strips to be added right there with guests able to sign and it was AMAZING. Could not recommend more we are so happy we chose them!!!! read more

The Booth Bus was something I knew I wanted as soon as we started wedding planning and exploring vendors, and it could not have been a better choice.  The bus is more fun and has so much more personality than the average wedding photo booth.  From start to finish, Anthony and the Booth Bus team were a dream to work with (truly the best experience we had with any vendor).  They are sweet, easy-going and flexible, and provide a ton of options to personalize and customize.  I loved that they provided customized background options (even matching our invitations!) and also that they sent us a link soon after the wedding so my husband and I could view every picture taken in the bus that night.  There was a steady flow of people in and out of the bus all night, and I loved that we got to see snaps of our loved ones having fun...moments we otherwise would not have seen and ones that ended up being some of our favorite pictures of the whole day.  The bus added the perfect element of fun to our party.  I can't recommend The Booth Bus team and experience enough! read more

Highly recommend if you want the Booth Bus at your wedding for guests to enjoy and to make your wedding more special. We loved the Booth Bus!!! We used the booth bus at our wedding a few weeks ago in San Jose, CA. Aaron came to our venue and set up the Booth Bus. Aaron was great and super friendly with a smile, which made our guests feel welcome and comfortable to use the photo bus. Not only did the VW bus look beautiful on the outside with all the decor and flowers from our wedding, but the inside was just as beautiful and fun. Being able to customize the photo strips to fit our wedding was fun too, which they gave several options to pick from. They even played our custom Spotify playlist that we gave them inside the Booth Bus all night. The max people we were able to fit inside was about 7-8 people in one shot. The Booth Bus team gave us all the photos digitally that we taken throughout the night. We had a blast with our guests and as a couple using the Booth Bus at our wedding! Thank you Booth Bus team! read more

The Booth Bus, Anthony and his team were the BEST vendor we worked with for our wedding. No competition. Anthony was so helpful, made everything super easy and most importantly, he was so responsive. I would highly recommend using The Booth Bus! We used their photo booth option and it was perfect and a huge hit! We also purchased the personalized guest book which was stunning! It was so nice to have one less thing to worry about bringing, they took care of it all! If you're looking for an awesome addition to your wedding or any party, you can't go wrong with the booth bus! read more

The Booth Bus was one of the highlights of our wedding! We got the bus, which was totally worth the upgrade from the bike that we originally booked. We also got their photo book to go with it, so that each person who took photos could put an extra photo in the book along with a nice message. We used it as our guest book, which is so cool to have. There was also a super helpful attendant on hand to troubleshoot any tech issues, and they worked with us to customize the layout of the photo strip. Can't recommend enough! read more

We were initially on the fence about The Booth Bus for our wedding because of the cost, but I can now say that it was worth every single penny! Anthony was so quick to respond to my questions and concerns, sorted out all the details with us efficiently, and designed a really cute photo strip. On the actual day, Jose was so cheerful, helpful and obliging, and all the guests had so much fun in the photobooth. Our gallery of guest photobooth pictures is one of our favourite things to look at :) read more

After booking our venue at Nestldown, the Booth Bus was actually the very FIRST vendor I booked. I knew from the moment I saw their photo booth set up online, I wanted them to be a part of our big day. That vintage bus was just so unique and nostalgic! It was definitely a hit throughout our wedding day. Anthony was very easy to work with. He responded to our emails in a timely manner. And he was also able to help us design our photo strip exactly the way we wanted it. The only downside we had was, as a couple we did not get to take a picture in the bus together. We were both so busy entertaining everyone that by the time we were walking to the booth bus to take our picture the attendant was already taking down the set up. I just wish that maybe they should help remind the couples to take a picture together before the night ends. Even at least mentioning it to the wedding coordinator to let us know that the bride and groom have not taken a picture together yet. read more

The BoothBus is sweet! It adds not only looks, vibes, and fun to your wedding, but also the people that work there are incredibly cool and reliable and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. From the initial outreach, Anthony was so patient to answer our questions. He was familiar with our venue and provided helpful recommendations about when to have the bus arrive, depart, and idle vs open to get the most out of it. Shout out to our attendant Nora who was loved by all our guests. We just got our online gallery back and can tell our guests had a blast. We had the guests put the photos in our guestbook which made it extra special for us to look through afterward. Thank you to The BoothBus for making our day so special! read more

Very easy to book and customize with Anthony! Out of my wedding planning experience, the booth bus was definitely one of the easiest to organize- and the guests loved it! My guestbook with the photo strips is so fun to look through ! read more

If I could give this company 10 stars, I absolutely would. When I first started planning my wedding and doing my research I knew I wanted a photo booth and when I stumbled across the Booth Bus I was immediately obsessed with how cute it was! I was a little hesitant at first on the price but let me tell you, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. The Booth Bus was a hit for the adults, it was a hit for the kids, it was literally one of the best parts of our event. It also served as perfect décor near our sweetheart table at the dinner. The kids had to be drug out of the bus because they were obsessed with taking photos, playing with the props, "collecting tickets (the photo strips)" and the gem of the notes they wrote in my photo book is something we will cherish forever. They have some many fun personalized options like the photo strip, the license plate that we got to take home and put in our house, the photobook and then soft copies of all the photos after the fact. Now let me tell you about Anthony - WOW.... He is both the owner and actually worked our event. He was a God send to work with. He was SUPER responsive, so accommodating, he was flexible when we had to reschedule due to COVID, he provided feedback about location of the bus which I am SO GLAD he did since our original location would have been too far from the dance floor and he kindly provided me that feedback before the event. He was so patient with my guests and the kids and just the kindest person in general. He radiates joy and his smile was contagious at the event. You can tell he truly loves what he does and he wants your event to be every bit as perfect as you dream it to be. I could go on and on...but I would just say RESERVER THIS BUS ASAP...it is worth it. read more

We had the Booth Bus for our wedding, and it was so great! Anthony was awesome to work with. He was responsive and communicative. Our guests loved the bus! Some of them never left, LOL. We are so happy we had the booth bus at our wedding--it was 100% worth the price! read more

Photo booths have been a trend for weddings for at least a decade, and Booth Bus takes photo boothing to a whole other level. Especially because it doubles as awesome decor! We found Booth Bus while browsing through venues and their catalogs. The moment I saw a picture of Georgia at a wedding, I knew we had to have her at ours. Anthony was busy becoming a new dad when we first reached out to book the bus, but he was very accommodating and easy to work with. Through the months, Ginger was added to the fleet (I guess because so many people love the bus!) and she was the one that joined us at our wedding. She made the venue that much more spectacular, and everyone loved hanging out with her. We loved her so much, we even took a key wedding party photo with her! Jack was our attendant, and he was super friendly too. They fit in so well with our overall wedding, that nobody knew they were an addition until Jack drove Ginger away. I'm so glad we spent the money to get Booth Bus at our wedding. Thank you so much Anthony and Jack. read more

Immediately after booking at Nestldown, the Booth Bus was the very first vendor I called and booked! From the moment I saw photos of the bus on Instagram, I knew I wanted the bus to be a part of our big day. I am so happy we booked because everything was perfect! Andrew was amazing and incredibly thoughtful, timely, and professional--he made everything stress free and easy from start to finish. The booth bus team is so organized, I cannot recommend them more! They accommodated our curated playlist to play in the bus throughout the night and helped us design our photo strips (something I hadn't even thought of until he reached out to us a few weeks before the big day). Our guests RAVED about the bus experience from the music, to the props, to the unique experience. Guests were also so excited to receive a link with a softcopy of their photo strips after the wedding! Thank you Booth Bus team for helping make our dream come to life! read more

Oh my gosh I was hoping the Booth Bus was as good as it looked on paper and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Every one of our guests LOVED the Booth Bus. Anthony, Jose, and the Booth Bus team were so great to work with and went above & beyond to help our guests have such a fun and positive experience - people were using it up until the very last second! The photo strips even matched the look of our wedding invites which was an added touch that I was not expecting! I would highly encourage anyone considering the Booth Bus to not think twice about it and just book it - you will not regret it! Also would recommend purchasing the photo book as it's a great way to get your guests to actually sign your wedding book, and with some fun pictures involved (they provide everything which makes it extra convenient). Thank you Booth Bus for being part of our dream wedding! Y'all rock! read more

I attended a friend's wedding not too long ago, and they had the booth bus there. The vehicle itself looked amazing. Not only is it great for taking photos inside, but the outside was beautiful as well. The inside was converted into a Photo Booth. It was clean, looked new, and could fit 3-4 people sitting comfortably. You could still squeeze more people in by the feet area though. Out of all the photo booths I've tried, this one was the best. The machine itself took the photos quickly, printed the photos almost immediately after the last photo was taken, and you could text a digital copy of each photo to as many numbers as you'd like. The owner was very nice as well. I would highly recommend the booth bus to anyone! read more

The Booth Bus was one of the very first vendors we booked for our wedding and Anthony was such a pleasure to work with from the start. He was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. There was a likely chance of rain and thunderstorm the day of our wedding and he was very flexible and accommodating by making sure we were able to maximize the use of the VW Bus. Georgia, their VW Bus photo booth was absolutely beautiful. Our guests loved it and enjoyed taking photos inside. It was a big hit at our wedding and it added such a unique vibe to it. Loved the people and the company. Would definitely recommend for any wedding! They don't disappoint. read more

All aboard the Booth Bus! I loved having Georgia (the VW bus) and Anthony (the incredibly professional, kind, and FUN owner and our attendant for the day) join us for our Napa wedding in August. I stumbled upon The Booth Bus while researching photo booth options and was immediately smitten with the idea of having this sweet vintage beauty as part of our wedding entertainment and decor. Our outdoor vineyard venue was the perfect backdrop for the Booth Bus in all of its whimsical charm, and our guests couldn't stop talking about what a fun and unique experience it was! Anthony and the Booth Bus offered the total package which was 100% worth the cost: in addition to the physical and digital copies of each photo (with customizable backdrop and photo strip design), we loved looking back through our beautifully-crafted wooden guestbook which held an extra copy of each photostrip. Anthony and team also provided silver pens for each guest to write sweet, silly, and hilariously alcohol-induced messages ;) They even had a drink holder for guests to leave their beverages while taking pictures! They thought of it all. In addition to providing a top-notch experience, Anthony was just a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and helpful leading up to the day, and made sure our guests were having a fantastic time, day-of. I'll certainly be recommending the Booth Bus to any brides-to-be looking for a cool wedding experience, and hope to see Anthony and Georgia around at future weddings! read more

Anthony was a complete joy to work with. As a wedding planner, I 100% appreciate people who are kind, flexible, and on top of it...he was all these things! We worked everything out great ahead of time, he had really fantastic questions that I appreciated answering prior to day of the event :) Day of, he arrived early, set everything up, and was ready whenever I was.
