The Booth Bus - Pretty and cute setup! - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me

Where to start!!! We hired the Booth Bus for our wedding last week at Hollins House and we could not be happier with them! Anthony was fantastic to work with from the very beginning- giving me a run down of everything, being super flexible as our needs changed, and working with us to fit our budget and needs. They have tons of cool features and add ons if you choose, but I never once felt pressured. These guys are total pros and have been such a joy to work with. They even customized our photo strips (a happy surprise!) to match our invitations. It was such a hit! Everyone thought it was so cool and so much fun, and the bus really added to our decor and ambience. Day of, Jose was manning the bus and he was a delight as well! He was so kind and helpful and honestly kept the energy up. People were in there all night long- including our 5 year old niece who we counted in there 13 times! About 2 days after the wedding (so fast!) we got all the digital photos back and it was so fun to go through them all again and send them out to our friends and family. The Booth Bus was actually one of the first vendors I booked I was so excited about them and to have such a unique Photo Booth! My fiancé was a little indifferent at first, but after the wedding he said "I am so glad we booked them!" It was for sure a highlight of our wedding. We couldn't be happier with the service from Anthony, Jose, and the whole Booth Bus team and would highly recommend them to anyone!!! read more

The Booth Bus - Booth bus ready to go at Hollins House :) - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me

A photobooth at our wedding was an extra that my mom insisted we needed. I disagreed, but relented. As usual, mom was right. I am SO glad we added this on to the wedding. The fun to cost ratio was very favorable and this was a for-sure-worth-it wedding expense. It was so much fun to see people brought together at the booth. My dad got a photo with two or three of his friends that have known each other for 40+ years...in horns and fake mustaches. Friends and family and random groups of people were grabbing each other (and silly props) to take photos. It was really close to the dance floor which was great for 1) people who wanted a break from dancing 2) people who might not like dancing. I can't wait to see all the rest of the photos. Due to my aforementioned uncertainty about needing the photobooth, we didn't get any of the extras. We did the booth bike with the gold backdrop (loved the backdrop). We had the regular props but did add a few of our own props (mainly Buffy and sports themed signs). We did just the standard time (2 hours of run time). If we did it again, I would add at least one more hour just to be sure everyone got to use it as much as they wanted. read more

Snap this picture! This company makes it so easy to contract them for any occasion. Their follow-up is easy, questions are answered promptly, and payments are made seamlessly. Lots of silly fun in a vintage VW van! It calls to you even if you aren't certain what it is yet. The best part is you recieve a Booth Bus "album" of anyone who took their pictures at the event. Just looking through that is worth the price. Nicely done, gentlemen. read more

Anthony and the booth bike, Gracie, were AMAZING! To start... we really wanted the booth bus, however our venue didn't allow the bus to drive onto the property where we wanted it located. Luckily Anthony mentioned they had the new booth bike that would be coming out and be ready for our wedding date. It was perfect! We got to pick a photo strip design based on our decor/stationary. We had a great background. The props were the best props I'd ever seen at a photo booth! We also got our pictures back super quick! I'd definitely recommend the booth bus or bike for your event. Thank you Anthony! We had the best time. The only thing we forgot to do was get a picture of just the bride and groom... whoops. read more

The Booth Bus was a simply fabulous addition to our wedding! We communicated with Anthony, who was extremely professional, quick to respond and helpful in getting us all set up with the perfect package for our needs. They used our invitations to craft a unique photo strip layout and encouraged personalization--from a fun backdrop, to extra props, to a playlist, adding a beautiful guest book and more. On the day of the event, we had Nora as our attendant. To say that she was amazing would be an understatement! She was fun, kindhearted and careful with the details. She listened to everything I asked and helped craft the most wonderful guest book ever! We had so much fun looking at all the great pictures and really enjoyed the online album sent to us! All in all, the Booth Bus was a spectacular addition to our wedding and we highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking to make an event more fun, funky and sweet! I was very on the fence about booking a Photo Booth for my wedding because most of them I find to be really tacky but I was sooooo glad I decided to book the Booth Bike for my wedding. They are so accommodating and make everything personalized. They made props of our dogs that came out amazing. The booth itself is super vibey and gorgeous. All of our guests raved about how well Nora did as the attendant. You won't be disappointed! read more

We used the booth bus for our wedding on 9/21 at Trentadue Winery and were so blown away with the experience. From the first moment we contacted Anthony, we were extremely impressed with his customer service and responsiveness to making sure everything went smooth and all of our questions were answered. So many of our guests said that the booth bus was their favorite part of the evening and we could not agree more. My husband and I were able to join so many of our guests for photos and these are such special memories I know we will have forever! I could not recommend Anthony and his team more! We hired The Booth Bus for our wedding reception in September. To say it was a hit with our guests is an understatement, professional and engaging staff with plenty of props and accessories. I highly recommend the "add on" Photo Booth Guest book. Worth the extra fee. My husband and I loved getting back to our room to flip through the pages of pictures and notes from our guests. It's so much better than a boring guest book. Great time and great memories available from The Booth Bus. 10 out of 10 would do it again. read more

Working with The Booth Bus blew us away! Every detail working with The Booth Bus was carefully considered by Anthony and his team, from the backdrop, to the customized photo strip, to the many awesome props. And The Booth Bus team was able to share the virtual gallery in only a week from our event, which allowed us to share these memories with our guests in a timely way! Finally, you won't be disappointed by the customer service leading up to and on the big day. Anthony was always incredibly responsive and eager to be as helpful and accommodating as possible. We had our magical day on 11/12/2021 and The Booth Bus was the perfect addition to our Vintage inspired wedding. From the very beginning, Anthony was wonderful - extremely responsive and such a delight to work with. The Booth Bus - Photo by His Grace Photography (IG: @hisgracephotography) - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me

When my husband and I started wedding planning almost 2 years ago (had to postpone a year due to Covid), we knew we wanted a photo booth to capture fun/goofy memories with our guests. I was scrolling on instagram looking for photo booth vendors and I came across The Booth Bus. I didn't know what I was looking for but the vintage booth bus was the answer!! It was sooo perfect for our rustic vineyard themed wedding; I had to book them. The owner of The Booth Bus, Anthony, was so easy to work with and quick to respond to all of our emails up until the week of our wedding; he made the day of scheduling and photo strip customization process seamless. For the photo strips, once you tell Anthony the style you want, he will send you up to 6 different proofs to choose from - The Booth Bus really wants to nail down the customization and will work with you until you are satisfied. Our friendly booth bus attendant (I wish I got his name) arrived on time and started setting up right away. We wanted to take photos in front of the bus with our bridal party before the guests arrived and he kindly let us do our thing even though he wasn't completely done setting up yet. One thing that was a huge plus for us was that our attendant would print a copy of the photo strip for each person who took the picture. I remember always being bummed when I would take photos at other photo booths and only getting 2 copies and we would have to fight for them. I love printed photo strips over just having digital copies so this was awesome! We did have a kiosk where our guests could send digital copies to their emails and share directly on their social media; it was nice to have options! To sum it up, you won't regret hiring The Booth Bus for your event! They are very professional and will have your guests talking for weeks! read more

We couldn't be more happy with the outcome of the bus bus at our wedding! They were really great working with me because of the rain and give me plenty of options. It was also a pleasure working designing our picture strips and personalizing was so easy. We also paid to get our license plate on the booth bus personalized and it just added that sneaky touch that only some noticed until we got the pictures back, which I liked because it was a special detail to us. If we had to do it all over again, I would do everything the same! It was such a pleasure to work with everyone there. read more

The Booth Bus - The most beautiful booth bus on our special day taken by Melissa Ergo Photography - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me

My husband and I are one of many couples this year that are finally having a wedding, but got 'officially'/paper married last year due to the pandemic. We originally had a traditional photobooth for our wedding, but figured having many people going in and out of a cramped box to take photos wouldn't be super pandemic-friendly. Enter Booth Bus. I immediately LOVED the idea of the retro selfie booth (Gloria, god bless her)--from the get go, I wanted to maximize utilization of our amazing venue, Holman Ranch. They had so many beautiful ivy-laced, flower-covered walls that I had said would make an amazing backdrop for guests photos and our professional ones. And she is portable, honey! We moved the booth around with ease throughout the day/night, depending on where the main festivities were throughout the event. During dinner, she was set up near the rose patio so guests had a rose-dotted, leafy background. And night we put her by a beautiful rustic gate and fairylight-covered olive tree. The booth is run off an iPad, all generations that were in attendance used it no problem. Not only did guesets not have to carry around photostrips, they loved that the photos could be sent directly to their phones AND they could do gifs. As a super amazing bonus, you get the selfie booth for the entire weekend. We brought it to our rehearsal dinner where our wedding party could generate their fair share of photos and gifs since we knew they'd be busy on the big day. Set up was super easy and probably one of the least stressful components of the whole weekend. It comes in a convenient roller Pelican case as well. The three batteries were key and Gloria was powered up the whole night! We didn't run into any issues with the batteries since our Best Man was responsible and made sure one was plugged in and ready to go the whole night. One battery lasted us 3.5-4 hours, and she comes with three batteries. The cherry on top was that Anthony was a dream to work with. He was quick to respond and was so gracious with my slow replies. He designed our e-photostrips beautifully to be consistent with our invitations. He met us at a location of our choice for pick up and drop off was even easier. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Booth Bus and wish I had another event coming to use them again! read more

We are so happy we booked the booth bus for our wedding!! I couldn't have better things to say about this business. I'd seen them on Instagram and it was definitely one of my top desired elements for my wedding. Devon who hosted the Booth for us was so pleasant & fun & fit the vibe of the bus so well (and our wedding for that matter). Our guests absolutely LOVED IT as well! read more

10/10 will book again! Having a photo booth at our wedding was one of the must have things I really wanted. When I stumbled upon Booth Bus, the adorable VW Bus was what caught my eye immediately. Because let's be honest, those buses are the cutest! Although I wasn't able to get the VW bus for our wedding, because of our venue layout and the space for it. However I did find an alternative when looking at their website. The most charming trike (3-wheeled bike) named Gracie. This bike was just perfect to have for our long waited wedding due to covid. The bike was pretty compact, and fit just right for our venue. I immediately inquired about the bike, and Anthony was very professional responding back to my emails in a timely manner. He was super helpful and answered all my questions/concerns. Not only was Anthony helpful, he was patient when we weren't sure about some of the follow up questions he had about the venue or how long we wanted to operate the booth. Anthony will design a few custom photo strip layouts for you based upon your event's color theme etc. Once everything was squared away for us, he informed us who will be on site taking care of the booth. And we had the pleasure of having Jose on our wedding day. Another super star of an employee! Jose was super fun, helpful, even gave us some fun posing ideas (like attacking us with a lobster claw lol). Best part was, everyone in the photo got a copy of the photo strip! No one got to fight over who gets to keep the photos. Anyone who left their photos behind he simply just made a little stack and made sure we got them. All our guests had an amazing time with the photo bike, and we added on the photo guest book to our package. Let me just tell you, it is well worth it and a genius idea! They provide it all for you, table, markers, and tape! Hands down, I would book booth bus again if I ever come across an opportunity to do so for future events. As well as recommend to all my friends and family who plan on having their next big event. read more
