Before my wedding the owner reached out to first give me words of kidness about heavy rain on a wedding day (I was devastated at that point) and let me know some option on how to safely have the photo booth bus. Luckily my husband and I had rented some canopies. Down to the last minute my husbamd and I were having to change things due to the rain and photo booth bus was VERY ACCOMMODATING! They still showed up on time (through the storm) and set up safely after the reception under the canopy. We loved that it was open air, the unlimited prints, and the attendant was super friendly and on that remote to print multiples on multiples of photos to ensure everyone was getting copies. The one minor issue we had was that the first few set of prints had another couple's name/logo on them, but the prints were quickly reprinted and we didn't even find out until a few days later, and our guests got their original prints with the right logo so no harm done! We booked Booth Bus for our wedding at Nestldown in September 2022, and in short, they did a fabulous job! We chose Booth Bus for our wedding as 1. They were one of the recommended vendors at Nestldown, and 2. We loved the cozy & vintage vibe of their Volkswagen which suited our wedding well. The booking process was easy and fast, and they were very responsive through email or their own booking portal. They also allow you to design your custom photo strip! Since I was in design and know how to use Photoshop, they sent me their template file and I was able to insert my own photos and text to match our wedding theme perfectly (see pic below).
