At The Bookary Collective, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and inspired to learn. We are an Inclusive Learning & Literacy Studio serving children and families throughout Queens and Brooklyn through relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming educational experiences. Our services include one-on-one literacy support, small-group reading instruction, multisensory structured literacy, family literacy coaching, parent education, inclusive learning experiences, and community-based programs. We partner with families, schools, libraries, and local organizations to help children discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning. More than improving academic skills, we're building confidence, fostering belonging, and creating welcoming spaces where every learner and every family feels valued.
History
Established in 2021.
The Bookary Collective was founded by mother-daughter educators Maria and Josephine Natoli, who bring more than 40 years of combined experience serving children and families throughout New York City's public schools. Throughout our careers, we saw that many children struggle not because they lack ability, but because they haven't experienced learning environments where they feel truly understood, supported, and encouraged. We created The Bookary Collective to offer something different—an Inclusive Learning & Literacy Studio built on connection, belonging, and meaningful relationships.
Today, we serve families throughout Queens and Brooklyn through literacy programs, family support, and community partnerships. Our vision is to become a trusted destination where children, families, educators, and communities come together to learn, grow, and belong.

Hi! We're Maria and Josephine Natoli, the mother-daughter team behind The Bookary Collective. Maria founded The Bookary Collective after decades of serving children and families throughout New York City's public schools with a vision of creating a place where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn.
Together, we bring more than 40 years of combined experience in literacy, special education, inclusion, and family-centered learning. We believe meaningful growth begins with trust, strong relationships, and partnerships with families. That's why we created The Bookary Collective, an Inclusive Learning & Literacy Studio where children discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
