I had a little…read morebit of birthday money and a broken shoe that hadn't lasted long, so I decided to give the higher end shoes a chance and see if they made a difference. Jury is still out on the shoes (although early reviews are positive), but I found the store service really good. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy, the salesman who also happens to be the owner was great at educating me on the product and how to care for them using items around the house instead of trying to up-sell me.

Then the stitching under the arm of the suit came out and the sleeve started to fall off, again not willing to fix for free as he said it was my fault. Now it was only a $700 suite but please what a joke. Then mt wife bought me a pair of pants from there and went to return them 7 weeks later as they were a gift and he said i couldn't as he no longer caries that line so sorry. So I have a pair of $270 pants that are too small and I can't wear. So i have spent over $1200 in this store and have nothing to show for it other then some rags and a bad taste in my mouth...........avoid this place at all costs!

The salesgirls were awesome. Sometimes serving with a smile and a touch of sympathy for moms is a blessing. We got some great clothes at a good price and a smile. Thanks for being good to us. The salesperson whose name was Angel helped him to find the right pair, the right size and length. When he was looking at himself in the mirror she insisted he needed to try on a pair of dress shoes. They made the outfit look great; and the shoes were very fashionable and fit good. So he got shoes as well. Thank you Angel we will come back again. We had fun and the service was a 10/10.

I have good service and decent advice but I could say that they could try and create a better ensemble accessory wise and suggestion wise. I could have easily spent more but just needed a prodding of sorts. Decent selection and always have a sale going on. They do honor work perks and other programs for discounts but make sure you have a bar code to scan at the very least. Spent a long time trying to get a discount only to hear that in Edmonton or Calgary they simply just do the discount as our company purchases lots of clothing at Moores. Was disappointed when I bought a travel bag and realized I could have used a 50% off coupon and as I had already purchased it they would not take the discount off even two days later after a coworker had informed me about the offer. Anyway decent for mid priced suit items. Clothing will wear out a bit faster I find but all in all I have good experiences here hence the returns by me!
