Jury is still out on the shoes (although early reviews are positive), but I found the store service really good. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy, the salesman who also happens to be the owner was great at educating me on the product and how to care for them using items around the house instead of trying to up-sell me.

Then the stitching under the arm of the suit came out and the sleeve started to fall off, again not willing to fix for free as he said it was my fault. Now it was only a $700 suite but please what a joke. Then mt wife bought me a pair of pants from there and went to return them 7 weeks later as they were a gift and he said i couldn't as he no longer caries that line so sorry. So I have a pair of $270 pants that are too small and I can't wear. So i have spent over $1200 in this store and have nothing to show for it other then some rags and a bad taste in my mouth...........avoid this place at all costs!

I almost passed this place as it was a small scale Forever 21 type of store but then saw an entire wall with shoes hanging on it. Pairs were $14.50 or 2 for $20! My husband actually wound up finding a simple shoe with a small rhinestone on it (not your everyday wear but very fitting for the party) and I grabbed a pair of black, foldable flats that are surprisingly comfortable. $1.00 for GST and we were out the door for $21.00 total!

The salesperson whose name was Angel helped him to find the right pair, the right size and length. When he was looking at himself in the mirror she insisted he needed to try on a pair of dress shoes. They do honor work perks and other programs for discounts but make sure you have a bar code to scan at the very least. Spent a long time trying to get a discount only to hear that in Edmonton or Calgary they simply just do the discount as our company purchases lots of clothing at Moores. Was disappointed when I bought a travel bag and realized I could have used a 50% off coupon and as I had already purchased it they would not take the discount off even two days later after a coworker had informed me about the offer. Anyway decent for mid priced suit items. Clothing will wear out a bit faster I find but all in all I have good experiences here hence the returns by me!

The entire time I was with the consultant I was saying that I didn't want a white dress. However, when I received the dress it was completely white and I felt pushed out of the store and told that the dress only came in one color. Believing it might have been the lighting I left the store since they were not helping me. When I got home and did some research I realized that there was in fact 2 colors. I didn't understand that "LATTE" was the color of the dress I tried on and simply signed the contract with the color "IVORY." I told the consultant that the sample dress I tried on was what I wanted and when she gave me the contract stating Ivory, I believed that was the color of the sample dress. When I made a complaint to the store, the manager didn't make any arrangements to meet with me face to face. She said it was my responsibility as a customer to review the contract with the consultant. After countless emails back and forth I decided to keep the dress and pay for alternations myself to put in a smoke colored lining. They did not offer a suitable solution. Worst customer experience ever! Future brides, make sure what you are requesting is being ordered!

I'm a plus size girl (size 16/18) and I was fed up with 'Well, it won't fit but we can hold it up in front of you!', but that was not at all the experience here! I'd pretty much given up on finding 'the one' and had planned on just settling for an ok one I found in Edmonton. I visited last Sunday during their Sample Sale. The store was very busy with the sale, but the ladies working there made me feel like I was the only bride they were helping. After trying on my third dress, and asking what it was I liked/didn't like, the lady helping me lit up and said "I know the PERFECT dress for you!" and off she ran. She came back a moment later with the dress. She was right - it fit like a dream, and gave me shivers! I did not want to take it off. Even though they were busy and could have used the change room, they gave me all the time I needed and never once rushed me. I was able to spin and admire myself in the mirror as much as I wanted to. THIS is what dress shopping is supposed to be like. Thank you THANK YOU thank you ladies for making me feel so wonderful and helping me find THE ONE.
